Bozman Plumbing

I was very impressed with Bozman Plumbing. I called expecting the person on the phone to only schedule someone to come out, but she knew a great deal about plumbing and took very detailed information regarding issues. Tim was our plumber, he worked quickly and had all the necessary equipment and parts with him. He let me know costs of parts prior to installing them so there would not be any sticker shock. I got an estimate from another company and they told me they would have to get permits and tear into the walls to fix the leak. Tim found that the sink sprayer was broke, he replaced it and the leak was fixed, no permits or tearing out walls was necessary.

I called the company to come and fix the backup problem in the basement floor drain. No one answered on my initial call, but I received a call back the next day. I arranged for the plumber to come to my house at 7:00 AM the next day, and he arrived promptly at 7:00. He fixed the problem, and had him check the sump pump as well to make it was running properly, which it was. I am pleased with the work he did and his willingness to help anyway he can.

It went well. The plumber came in, I explained the situation and he started work. Was very quiet but got the job done in a very timely manner. I gave a "B" for price but I guess that it's not bad compared to what's out there - also it helped that I had a relatively simple job. It's $40 for the service call and then $36 per half hour after that - so it may depend on the size of the job as to how economical it is.

Had a plumbing problem late one evening. Called Bozman that night and contacted them next morning. In spite of a full schedule, they were able to work me in that same morning and the job was done before noon.

Company arrive on time. Serviceman was obviously well qualified to make the repairs. The repair was made quickly. I consider the price to be very fair.

The drain valve on our water heater developed a steady leak overnight and was pooling water on our basement floor. We were unable to tighten it any further and I was not sure how to replace it myself. It was not an emergency, but not ideal. Initially, Jim suggested a $2 do-it-yourself fix over the phone, which I appreciated. But unfortunately in this case, that was not going to work. Instead of waiting until the next morning, Jim came out within an hour of my call on a Friday evening and had the job done in fifteen minutes. He also took the time to explain a bit about my heater's functions and things to watch for in the future. I would not hesitate to call him for any future needs.

The first appointment they came out and repaired the service line and checked the water pressure - they determined it was above the recommended psi (105-110 psi during mid morning. We scheduled them to come back and install a pressure reducing valve and then scheduled a third appointment for them to come out to the home at the same time someone from water and sewer District was to be at our house. They removed the prv to prove to the water district that the water pressure coming in from the main line was too high. Until that moment the water district refused to believe that the psi was that high. Then the plumbers reinstalled the pressure reducing valve. They were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I know I paid extra to have them come out so many times but it was well worth it to prove the problem to the water supply folks who had just brought a new water plant on line a few months prior.

I didn't ask for an estimate I just asked them to come out and fix it. They snaked the floor drain but were not able to fix the problem and referred me to another company that could. They got out here immediately.

Donna was able to schedule the requested work the same morning. Tim was able to suggest a reconfiguration of the leaky drain that would improve it's reliability and prevent future failures (WE HOPE).

Very quick and efficient, but thorough.

They worked quickly and were finished ahead of time.

They call within 24 hrs and set up an appointment. They let you choose a 4 hr window on what day you pick. I am satisfied with the work they did.

Fast response. Got us in right way. Plumber wasn't able to fix shower valve, but replaced the basement plug and basically tightened a connection on the sump pump line and toilet. Will probably use again and have used in the past, but felt the price was WAY to expensive for what I got this time. It only took about 30 minutes to do everything. Plumber on job also didn't seem as knowledgeable as those in the past.

Given time for appointment. An emergency came up,and they called to notify me. Finished quickly and did a great job. Informed me of what he was doing and how things were going. Would definitely use them again.

I was very fortunate that they had a cancellation the day I called (yesterday) and were able to send someone out right away. I am a first time homeowner and this was my first time hiring a contractor to do repair work. I was a bit dismayed when they had to leave to go get parts and I was charged for that time. The parts were $5.75 so I was surprised when I saw the final bill. I can't say enough about Donna who was very patient with me and explained how the labor charges are computed. Both of the men that came were very nice. They did need to go up on the roof to figure out which pipe it was, but the repair itself was done in the attic. Their quick response allowed the roofer to come the same day to replace the flashing around this pipe and another pipe. Even though I definitely had sticker shock I would certainly use them again, now that I know how the billing works.

We have had Bozman Plumbing do our plumbing needs for over 20 years and have always been satisfied. This particular time we needed repair on water heater. I had a slow drain in tub and as he had 15 minutes left on the minimum charge he was able to clear the drain with no extra charge.

Michael was on time, polite, very plesent and efficient. He did not waste any time.

They don't do anything that doesn't need to be done. I have used them before. They are very conseincious about being economical. I am very happy with the final bill every time I use them.

The plumber was on time. He did the work quickly and the area was all cleaned up when he was done. He explained my options for the new connection and showed me how to adjust it. He was very professional and I felt it was a fair price for the work.

Worked very quickly and professionally. The two workers knew what they were doing and did a great job.

Jim did a good job removing the old sink in our kitchen island. He was courteous and cleaned up after he was finished.

The plumber was on time and very pleasant and professional, although the office person who took the call was not. We felt that the price was reasonable as so much work was done and it was of a high quality.

All of my experiences have been excellent. Their costs for all the jobs I've had have been very reasonable, and they don't use pressure sale tactics.

The plumber was on time. He called 1/2 hour before arrival. He was very polite, and worked quietly and efficiently. He worked quickly so he wouldn't have to charge me for two hours. He only charged me for 1.5 hours. I hated the $40 trip charge, since I only lived less than two miles from their location.
