ABOVE AVERAGE HOME MAINTENANCE

Overall, it was a B+ experience. The only thing, and this could have been partly me too, they went s fast that I think they forgot to ask me key quetions. By the time I would get home the walls were already up and it almost went to fast for me. I really thought there were things they should have made me aware of of before, it was my first time doing a project like that. They had to elevate one of my furnace pipes and it caused my furnace to stop working so I ended up paying for the motor and everything. Otherwise, they know what they are doing, they are very nice and prompt. Maybe, I could have handled it differently myself. I totally trusted them in my house when I wasn't there. I thought the price was really fair.

Joe is always very responsive and his prices are very reasonable. He is willing to help with small projects.

JOE SEEMS TO DO EVERYTHING AND WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES HE WAS ALWAYS LESS EXPENSIVE (BY AS MUCH AS HALF THE PRICE ON SOME PROJECTS). HE IS A HARD WORKER AND VERY CONSCIENTIOUS. HE HAS PERFORMED NUMEROUS PROJECTS FOR US AND HAS ALWAYS MADE SURE THINGS WERE DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION, EVEN IF IT MEANT REDOING SOMETHING. HIS BROTHER OWNS A PAINTING COMPANY WHICH HAS ALSO DONE SOME GREAT WORK FOR US.
