Family-owned business providing plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical services to homes and businesses since 1976.
"Kevin was fabulous. He repaired the broken pipe in the upstairs bathroom and got the water running in the house again. He was quick, efficient, and kind. Would absolutely hire him again for future repairs."

We take all major credit cards!!!
Quality work at a reasonable rate.
"The owner and assistant arrived at the appointed time. They discovered where the pluggage was located. It seemed they were reluctant to bring in tools until there was no alternative. They pointed out issues with the plumbing and stated we would have plugs frequently. Of course they could fix the issues at a cost. We’ve lived in this house for 17 years and have only had two drain issues when plumbers were needed. Our problems were preventable."

We are a small detail oriented company. We have 3-4 employees on a regular basis and we hire additional help if the size of the job warrants it. We run a small crew so we can maintain good quality control in an effort to minimize call backs and complaints. Sometimes (rarely), we employ quality sub-contractors. We also offer consulting on construction projects to help the lay person through their projects.

"My review is about the Cleveland Ohio crew. DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAMMERS!!!! They damaged support beams with their epoxy braces said they would fix, every team was informed of the damage never did fix it, they said they would trim the metal beams to size, they did 1 of the 2 that needed trimmed as to not block the glass block windows. The waterproofing wasn't anywhere close to properly installed. They used white duct tape and tacks with white tarp instead and thought that was acceptable. They also tried to get away with not installing covers over my basement windows on the outside, which were installed improperly after asking about the covers during 3 different contractor visits. When contact has been made with them they ignore our calls and won't return them. Then tell the loan company, Greensky, they spoke with us when our call logs prove otherwise. Greensky is also a scam. They are trying to make us pay for time and materials when the job wasn't done even close to done properly. They only did 2 things right out of our contract a sump pump install, 2 glass block windows, and cement work. Otherwise garbage. The last time works was done was around june/July time frame of 2024. Been unable to contact since."

Yes, most states require a plumber to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations. Check our state licensing tool to review the local plumber guidelines.
As you browse our pro listings, take note of the “Angi Approved” badge. Angi Approved businesses meet our standards for certification, which include:
The owner, principal, or relevant manager passed a criminal background check
Required to have applicable state and local licenses
Maintain an average star rating of 3.0 or better on our network, if they have at least one review
Paying to advertise their services
Meeting any other eligibility criteria required by Angi
Keep in mind licensing is different from certifications. A license is a legal requirement to operate a business, while certifications are voluntary.
Fixing a gas leak costs about $45 to $150 per hour for a plumber or gas line specialist. The job’s overall cost will vary depending on the location of the leak. A leaky junction or connection behind the stove or dryer will likely cost about $120 to $170. But for a leak that requires a gas fitter or plumber to excavate a pipe in the yard, the cost could rise to $1,500 to $5,000. Keep in mind that gas leaks are very serious issues, so don’t hesitate to contact a plumber or gas line specialist immediately.
Fixing a gas leak can take anywhere from one to 24 hours, depending on the location and magnitude of the problem. A gas line specialist or gas plumber should be able to give you an estimated time to completion once they evaluate the situation. If your city’s utility company works to fix a gas leak, it will likely have information available about the anticipated time for gas service to be restored.
The cost of repairing a gas leak depends on the type of leak, its severity, and how difficult it is for the repair technician to reach it. Some of the most common gas line repair costs, on average, include:
Cap a gas line: $75–$150
Gas system inspection: $150
Pressure test: $75–$500
Damaged or corroded pipe: $6–$7 per linear foot
Repair gas leak: $120–$5,000
A local natural gas plumber, gas fitter, or gas line specialist should fix gas leaks. Installing gas lines and connections improperly can lead to dangerous gas leaks and explosions. Only a certified plumber or gas line specialist should run gas lines. This is not a job to try out DIY skills, so hire a professional gas plumber or gas line specialist immediately to find the cause of the leak and fix it quickly.
