Description of Work: I called Dave one day in February 2014 (I think it was February) and he came right out that night. Very responsive and quick to respond. Dave quickly fixed a ceiling fan that was out of balance. He did so in a very quick and competent way. Good job! He also caulked a hairline crack in my wall on the spot. Again, good job! Lastly, he tried to fix another ceiling fan where the fan and everything worked fine but one of the 2 light bulbs would only come on at a very low light level. This was an electrical problem. Dave tried to fix but but was unsuccessful. All in all, he did a good job and I would have him back to fix some small repairs. The total cost for his time was only around $75 or so, which I found to be incredibly reasonable. He was professional and did not leave any mess. Dave is also very friendly and easy to talk to and ask questions to about what he is doing. He is more than willing to share information. My only issue was that I called him a few days after he left to try to have him come back but he never returned my call. Perhaps he was busy.
