We were pleased with the overall service. He has a good personality and I would recommend him.

It is a Christian company and when you're a widow you rely on word of mouth to find good companies. I had heard of Dave's and when I had him out to do work for me I was very impressed. They are honest and very trustworthy.

Dave responded quickly to my email for an estimate and came in the evening to give the estimate. In addition to some small repairs, we wanted the patio and porch powerwashed. He said that he could do it, but that we should consider getting our own small powerwasher because it was a small job. So we decided to do that instead. I was able to schedule our work to be done with about a week's wait. I purchased the faucets and replacement supply lines (which he anticipated correctly might need to be longer than the existing ones). Dave worked efficiently for about 6 hours, part of which included a trip to Lowes to get the tub molding, spline, and to exchange one of the supply lines for an even longer one. He recommended plastic white tub molding instead of wood, which is a good solution to our kids' constant splashing of water. It blends into the tub. When he installed one faucet, he noticed some discoloration on a small plastic piece. He mentioned it to me in case that would bother us. I did ask him to exchange the faucet while at Lowes. It turned out that they did not have another one in stock. So I thought it was pretty smart thinking that he exchanged the plastic piece with the one on the display model and solved the problem. All of the faucets work well. The drywall repair became virtually unnoticable after we painted it. Dave also left the work areas pretty clean (installing the drain piece is a bit of a dirty job) and covered the carpets leading to the rooms.

Dave came and gave me an estimate of $500 to remove the old liner, measure for and install the new liner. He installed the new liner, but not correctly. It had several wrinkles, was not entirely in the top bead and after water was in the pool, the liner ripped by one of the water input jets. This liner cost me over $2500 and was ruined. Dave did come back and repair the rip in the liner. However, repairs do not last long on a vinyl liner and it has had to be patched two more times since. After the repair, I received my bill which was more than twice the original estimate ($1019). The liner still has problems and doesn't seem to fit right.

He was excellent. A nice young man. He did a great job.

David was very easy to work with and completed the job in a fair amount of time. The quote he gave me was in keeping with past quotes for the same job, which I never moved forward with at the time. He followed up a week later making sure everything was satisfactory, and touched up spots where needed.

I did pay too much for the services. I would advise anyone who uses him to get a quote initially as he charges exorbitantly.

Dave was very professional and returned my messaged phone call promptly. However, we scheduled for work on Labor Day Monday, which I didn't realize until after we spoke... Know that I would be home that day, I thought that maybe he simply wanted to do the work that morning too~... Didn't see or hear from Dave until several weeks later when he called, apologizing and saying that he had lost/misplaced my phone number then "found it" to call me back... I simply avoided contacted him back; but would probably give him another opportunity. It was wonderful. He was very cordial and very friendly. He came almost at the time he said he would. He explained what he was doing for me. He went room by room and let me know how his progress was going. He was here for about two hours and finished at the time when he said he would be. He was very nice.
