Walt is a hard worker and takes pride in his work. We will continue to use Walt on all future projects. It's hard to find folks like Walt.

From start to finish, my husband and I were so impressed with Walt. He is punctual, honest, very reasonably priced and does great work. We are so happy with the end result and will definitely call him for our next home improvement or repair project.

The work was done quickly and solidly. Walt made sure he knew what we wanted and advised as necessary.

We cannot say enough positive things about Walt and the work he did. We originally hired him to repair 2 shutters, replace a bathroom faucet and hang a mirror. While Walt was doing the faucet, he noticed a major issue with the sink. He waited while we purchased a replacement sink and then installed that as well. While he was waiting, he asked about other things and ended up replacing a light switch and fixing a bad socket in the garage. We will definitely use Walt again! You can't find anyone better than this!

I can not say enough about Walt and his work. He is professional and a perfectionist. He will work on a problem until it is fixed. He had some major family illness and worked while supporting his family. He is always there when needed. I would not let anyone else fix my house. He is busy, but it is always worth the wait because I know the results will be awesome. He works alone so all work meets his high standards. Finding Walt was a blessing...I know I can trust him to go above and beyond. And I love my new kitchen!

He was right on time, got it done in no time at all and charged a fair price. He was very nice to my dog and was very efficient.

..I did not get the service that he originally said I would. How many times must a person call, or send photos, to learn if he wanted the work , or not ? I contacted him three times, but got no service, and a three or four week delay in getting work done. Now I must start over, with another " highly rated " handyman...

Walt showed up on tiime and was very nice and friendly and went right to work on removing the old cheap mailbox and installing the new one the right way with a cement post....he was very fast too.....I will definitely be calling him for my other jobs around here.... Thank you Walt....

Most people in the Northeast don't know this but installing a quite cool attic fan can reduce your air-conditioning cost by half. It's an amazing advancement from the old 1950s technology where it sounds like a helicopter taking off in your house. These are insulated hoses that have high powered motors that hang from the rafters in your attic which draw air through your house and not only cool off your attic but create an actual breeze in your home. I bought one for my old house which Walt installed and when I moved and bought a new home this is one of my first purchases. The problem is it's a bear to install and take someone with little technical know-how and the willingness to climb around in an attic to get it done. Wall shows up exactly on time and doesn't stop working no matter what issues he runs into into the jobs done. What's more impressive is unlike many other contractors I've hired in the past Walt pulls up with a fully stocked trailer which is like a mini Home Depot. I can't count how many times I've had contractors have to leave my job and go to the "store" (which you're paying for because of their time) to get odds and ends pieces parts. This never happens with Walt. I've been using Walt for years for anything from small electrical jobs to hanging six ceiling fans from scratch in my new home. Walt climbed around in the attic digging around in the installation running wires? For comparison sake the top three electrical contractors on Angie's list (likely because they advertise) quoted me 300% more per fan than Walt installed them for. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Walt for anything big or small? If he can't handle it, he'll simply tell you the job is beyond the scope of his services.

He did a great job. He does all the work himself and once he comes he works right through until the job is completed.Nicest man to work with.

First thing in the morning, he removed grout from the rim of my tub that was badly cracked, yellowing and causing leaks to the basement. Walt said bathrooms are his specialty. I appreciated knowing that he understood the tub I purchased (MAAX brand) was especially sensitive to flexing. He explained that it should never have been grouted. He carefully removed the grout, let the area dry and then came back at the end of the day to finish it off with a clean bead of caulk. The grout removal was done with no scratches to the tub. Even though they would not be seen after caulking, he was very careful and respectful to not damage the tub in any way. I appreciate that.

All went well. Walt found some problems with previous wiring in my home and corrected each problem, He made sure everything was right and was very conscientious. Left me feeling comfortable that all would be done thoroughly and correctly. Will have Walt back to do much more work. He is able to do it all.Cost of repairs was incredibly low and quality of work was incredibly high. He is busy but worth the wait.

He did not end up doing the job and never called me as promised. He did come over promptly as promised on the day to look at the job and said he would do it. I liked Walt instantly when he came over to look at the shower replacement job that was becoming urgent and he made it clear he was pretty busy but he did say he would call in a couple of weeks. I called him in about 3 weeks and he again said he would call in a couple of weeks but never did. He estimated that it would take about 2 days and cost about $750. I am disappointed that he never called and the shower came apart leaving me stuck. I had to get help elsewhere from a friend. It turned out to be a monster of a job anyway with floor and wall repair. It is unlikely I will call him again because it seems he has more work than he can handle and I would be afraid he would let me down again. I feel badly because I thought the number of smaller jobs I had for him would be ideal for someone who works alone and lives close.

The cost above is approximate, i cant remember exactly what it was. Everything went smoothly, Walt was pleasant and professional as always. The tank has been in 3 months with no issues. I plan to use his for other work as well.

Walt is simply wonderful. He will call you if he is running late or will have to reschedule due to job problems. He is polite, professional, and is meticulous about his work. He is considerate about coming into your home and removes shoes to keep from tracking in mud. He is very knowledgeable, comes prepared with tools and materials, and gets right to work. The faucet job on the 30th was a nightmare because the other person made a mess under my sink. I had initially called them to fix the gas line as well as reinstall my water lines to the dishwasher because I was told by a repairmen that my dishwasher was connected to my cold water. When the other plumber came out, he didn't bother to pull out the dishwasher, he just started changing water lines and then tried to sell me a new faucet. My old faucet had a leak, and the (other) guy initially included in his price, a new cartridge. He then took everything apart, said he didn't have a cartridge, and then tried to sell me a new faucet + installation. When I wouldn't agree, he put everything back together..and then I REALLY had a leak! Also, it turned out that he didn't do anything with my dishwasher lines. They also tightened everything down so ridiculously tight that Walt had an awful time taking everything apart. Walt had to remove that old faucet, correct the plumbing, reconnect my outside faucets properly, and put the new faucet on my sink. The gas line done today required him removing the old pipe and replacing it with a new one and then reconnecting my stove. He had to cut pipes, replace improper gaskets that were not up to code, and then reconnect everything. He was in and out of here in about 3 1/2 hours. He's a nice man and I have him booked for other jobs.

I purchased everything except the pipe items, and he provided an estimate of $300. I paid him $260 and said that I would pay him the $40 additional when he came back and did the pressure tank pipe, but obviously the $40 is not enough to get him to come back and complete the job. Lesson learned!!

He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We will definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone. He fit us in at the last minute because we were about to put the condo on the market and we are incredibly grateful. Thanks, Walt!

I have used Walt in the past to fix the "other contractors " mistakes! He redid the bathroom tub and walls. He built a closet last year. Walt is very busy as he works my himself, but well waiting for because he is professional and his work is impeccable

Walt did great job. It took him some time to uninstall the old ones but he managed to do so. The price is reasonable. I definitely will hire him in the future.

Walt was unable to get here for over a month due to family illnesses and issues, but once he arrived, he got right to work and did the repair quickly and efficiently and was very professional. It is very difficult to find handyman services, and have that person be knowledgeable in many areas, but Walt is. This was not a job my husband was comfortable tackling, and we needed it done before the dead of winter, as the siding was peeling off slat by slat as it was never secured in place. I would definitely use Walt again.

The workmanship was very good and he conducted himself in a very professional manner. Very neat worker and very good with communication. Also thought the pricing was good for the services performed.

Walt was very professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. He completed a mailbox repair for us after it was hit by a car. The mailbox setting is better than it was prior to the damage. Would absolutely recommend!
