Switch next to the dimmer switch he installed had always seemed "upside down" to me, turning on an outside light when in "off" position. In 19 years at this house, I never realized that the oddball switch was really a 3-way set up with a seemingly "dead" switch 2 rooms away, completing the circuit. Walt showed me how/why both switches are functional and neither is odd nor useless. Note that he is usually available evenings only. He has many skills so is truly a "handyman."

His pricing is very fair. He thinks ahead. I will continue to use Walt.

He was very up front with the estimate and stuck with it. He was very polite, cleaned up well after himself. I can't think of anything that was negative about the experience. I would certainly refer him to others.

Walt rearranged his schedule to accommodate my husband's return home from the hospital. He is efficient, professional and reasonably priced. We highly recommend him.

Job 1: Very flexible and worked well with tenants for the least inconvenience to them. He is very conscientious about his work and very efficient. Honest about what should and should not be done - thus saving me time and money. Job 2: HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. VERY EFFICIENT. WORKED WELL WITH MY TENANT. VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. Job 3: Walt always makes an effort to get to a job as quickly as possible - even though he is very busy. He also is good about telling one how to trouble shoot a situation or potentially fix it oneself if able. I appreciate this. I will continue to use this company as long as he will make time to help me out!

He was really good, he was nice. It was a long time getting him her, but when he did come he was good.

The work was excellent and the prices quite reasonable. The best part of the experience is that, when Walt discovered we needed a new tank, we were on vacation and he could not reach us. Rather than wait until we returned, at which point the leak would have continued and the repair would still have to be made, Walt bought a tank and installed it. It was thus fixed when we returned. The price he charged us for the tank was fair, based on what I found online for the product he installed. Finally, Walt was very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.
