Description of Work: An appliance service repair man came and told us our wall plug was a problem and not the appliance. We called Walt and he came over and looked at it. He quickly determined that the appliance service man was wrong. Although he did diagnose that there wasn't a problem, he didn't charge us and when another appliance service man came from the same company, they determined it was the appliance. W appreciate Walt's quick and honest response. We wish there were more people like him is the repair business, although he'll do nicely.

Description of Work: Walt took up the old carpet and pad, cut them into pieces that he later hauled away. He then took up all the staples/nails in the sub floor and then primed and sealed the subfloor. He was in and out within 3 hours. He was professional and courteous to me, my family and my dog! I'll use him over and over again.
