I live alone, and I call Wayne, He came to my house and picked up the window when nobody was home. Just by talking to him I trusted him enough to give him the combination to the door, I never met the man. Had the window fixed and back on the exact date he said he would. Even offered to install it. It was just one single window so I think I m capable of doing that, but the quality of work was great!! Job well done.. Thanks Wayne!

Glass was delayed from the supplier but Wayne kept me in the loop. They were able to replace the glass the day after they go it!

Very respectful, but excellence was show with their honesty. we had a quick response and they came right out. helped me run down the project and even though we did not end up doing the job. they were very upfront and courteous.

I would have rated work quality a 5, but after they left I noticed tool marks in the vinyl frame of the window.
