+ -1 moreThe bank held some of the money for years. I had to hire my own subs to finish the work. I had no warranty on the house, punch list was not taken care of, I had liens put on my house, the list of problems goes on.....
Description of Work: This owners of this company have operated 3 different construction companies in the past. They close, file for bankruptcy, then reopen under a new name. I was a customer of theirs under a former business name and lost thousands of dollars when, over night they shut the doors and disconnected their phone lines.

+ -1 moreThey are ahead of schedule. They are very particular and precise. They are very helpful. The owner, his wife, and the construction manager are unbelievably easy to work with. The construction manager calls us almost every day to update us. They are fantastic to work with. They are reasonably priced.
