He took his time to explain the process and then worked diligently to thoroughly remove old oil based stain and then applied a high durable new stain to the deck. He demonstrates attention to detail by his application of deck stain. The finished deck looked great and everything was cleaned up appropriately. In addition, he offered to complete a few extra projects (e.g., painting metal patio furniture; painting column in front of the house) at minimal extra charge. I am very pleased and would hire him again.
