Worst company and customer service, They came to clear a backed up line. 3 months later its backs up again. Came out again charging full price both times snaked it again. fast forward 6 months backed up again. I asked about putting a camera down both times the tech said not to do it that he is confident he got the clog, now the third time I call they again want to charge me full price again. Shady people I would give them a 0 if I could. Also on top of all that the first two times they left the place dirtier than when they started.

Jeff was knowledgeable attempted several avenues which was Greatly helpful. As homes owners we fear the worst. We approved the next step & of course it was in fact are worst fear. We feel very comfortable with are next step pipe replacement. Price has been very reasonable. I would recommend Jasal Plumbing for any plumbing problem A+ service. Thank you Jeff..

I contacted Jastal to do a presale inspection of a modular home I was selling. The customer service rep quoted us $95.00 to snake drains out up to 30 feet. and $150.00 to add a trap under a utility sink. Since the pre-sale inspection required inspections of three drains and the trap added I had no choice. Prior to Jastal inspecting the drains I had cleaned them out and they drained fine. I also replaced components on bathroom sink drain which Jastal had to inspect. My 93 year old father was on scene and called me saying that the tech wanted over $500.00 to inspect the drains and add the trap. Long story short, they did not snake any drains, they charged us $95.00 (per sink x 3 $285.00 to look at the water going down and to say it was flowing fine. They also charged $250.00 to add the trap under the utility drain which took ten minutes and $5.00 in parts which we provided. The bill was over $535.00. Shame on you Jastal for taking advantage of people.

Within 3 hours after I called them, they have completed the job, they dried out my basement and installed a new hot water heater for me. They were very efficient, they care about getting a good result and they really wanted to do a really good job. they also gave me a 10% discount for the next service.
