Phillip "Phil" Sword is a liar and swindler. He promised me a standing seam roof then caught me after a long day of work and I didn't make sure, "standing seam" was in the contract. He then installed a ribbed metal roof on my home and charged me for the standing seam. He also overcharged me for "wood replacement" without ANY evidence of how much wood needed to be replaced. This company is a scam, Phil took money from a neighbor up front and to date has ghosted the dude. Avoid like the plague!
