This contractor did great. My experience with them was great. Their pricing was fair and the quality of their work was excellent.

They were very honest and they did the work. We have had no problems with leakage. We will use them again. We don’t remember how much we spent on their services.

Mike's Roofing was prompt to respond, very professional and kept the appointment as scheduled. Unfortunately, they were slightly underbid by a competitor or we would have used them.

Price was competitive with other estimates therefore a B (not A) in this category. Punctuality was a B also. Because of the backlog of work from early summer storms we had to wait about 8 weeks for job to start. Mike's did tell us it would be 6-8 weeks when we signed contract so this doesn't detract greatly. In the interim they covered suspect areas of roof for protection. The job took several days to complete because of the difficulites in removing the cedar shakes and was interrupted by rainy weather for a few days. They did not leave any area uncovered during the rain and only took off as much old as they could get reshingled before leaving for the day. Roofers were polite and didn't seem to mind my watching their progress or my few questions. From the time of the estimate until the job was done the office staff always responded quickly to our inquiries.

I am impressed by them. They came out and did an estimate on it. They were honest about what they brought up. There were a couple of other companies we were looking at that put a very good sales pitch out but their price was twice what they were offering; they were trying to do scope-creep to get the job to increase; which is not what we were looking for. They came across some problems. They went ahead and fixed the problems but that increased the cost of the estimate. I cannot say anything bad about them. They did what they said they are going to do. They worked on it as ordered.

Neighbors were getting roofs replaced because of "storm damage" so we called Mikes's Roofing to check out our roof. They responded to our call quickly and scheduled inspection within 3 business days. The service man who came out was very professional and honest. He said we have no storm damage and have 5-7 years of life left on our roof We did have soil pipe flashing and chimney cap issues. We were given estimate and scheduled the work to be done in about 4-6 weeks as their schedule was full.They returned 4 weeks later to perform work. There was a minor issue with repair on chimney cap but we pointed out the problem before the workers left. They fixed the issue to our liking. The servicemen were polite and quite professional. We would not hesitate to use Mike's Roofing in the future.

They came and stripped our entire roof by mistake instead of half of it. When we called them and pointed this out they completed the job with no additional cost to us. They did a great job. It is an exceptional company.

They had a big crew and got the job done right away. I ended up having a leak where they didn't do the flashing right. My overall experience with them was good. The quality of their work was average. They were responsive and punctual. I would use their services again in the future.

They were responsive and everything, and their estimate was kind of in line with what all the other estimates were but we have not done the roof work. I don’t know about their punctuality because they did the estimate without us here. My husband talked to them but I think they were fairly professional. We would use them again in the future.

It was around the holidays and they were booked ahead several weeks before they could finally come out and do the work. They said it needed to be stuccoed and that could only be done in the warmer weather and they didn't do stucco work. I didn't realize that when they gave me the quote, but perhaps they didn't know that at the time? I don't know. They did fix it so it stopped leaking and when it got warm, I called a stucco guy, who tore out the whole thing that Mike's Roofing had done and redid it from scratch including the stucco. The stucco guy did counter flashing (whatever that is) which Mike's did not do. So it ended up costing me twice, but Mike's was helpful in at least stopping the leak so I am grateful that they came despite the fact that their work had to be redone to complete the job.

They were professional, responsive, came on time. Their pricing was reasonable as well. By the time I came back from work, they were all done and ready to leave. They cleaned up very well after themselves and I was satisfied with their service.

The work they did was fine. They said the shingles they put on would match, but they do not. He told us the roof would need to be replaced and that they could give us an estimate. Someone came by promptly that same week and gave us an estimate for a complete re roof in the amount of $6,173.00. They said due to the fact the roof is 13 years old and our shingles had a warranty for 25 years, we could submit a report to the company who made our shingles. We are going to see what portion of the warranty the shingle company is going to cover. However, they have told us there is nothing wrong with the shingles so we are just waiting. I would not hire them again at this point.

He came out right away. The estimate that he provided was 3 times higher than the other estimates that I received.

They were great. We called them, they came out to take a look at it, then gave us an estimate that we were happy with. They were very prompt and came when they were supposed to. It was all start to finish, just within two weeks.

Arrived about 10:00 a.m., began tearing off old roofing, worked until about 6:00 p.m.; finished roof same day. Removed all old material and cleaned up all old roofing around house when finished. The roof had been leaking badly and about three days later had a thunderstorm with pouring rain and no leaks anywhere.

Quick responses and excellent pricing, relative to the 4 other estimates. Great work, prompt and concerned. Looks great. Clean up could have been a little better.

THE WORK WAS DONE VERY SLOPPY AND WAS NOT NEATLY DONE. I EVEN HAD THE OWNER COME BACK OUT TO LOOK AT THE JOB TWO TIMES AND HE KEPT REPEATING HOW THE WORK DONE WAS JUST FINE. THEY CAME BACK THE SECOND TIME TO RESEAL SOME PROBLEM AREAS WE HAD BEEN HAVING. THEY EVEN APPLIED RUBBER ROOFING TO DOWNSPOUTS AND LEAVING A HUGE GAPING HOLE IN THE GUTTER WHERE A DOWNSPOUT HAD BEEN TAKEN DOWN. THEY EVEN CAME A THIRD TIME ON A DAY WHERE I SAID NOT TO COME AND CAUSED ALL SORTS OF PROBLEMS EVEN ON MY WORK SITE. THEY CHIPPED A BUNCH OF PAINT ON THE GUTTERS ALSO. I NOW HAVE OVER SEVEN LEAKS ON THE ENTIRE ROOF, WHICH IS HURTING MY BUSINESS BECAUSE THIS IS MY OFFICE. I ALSO HAVE WATER SPOTS ON THE INSIDE OF THE ROOFING WHICH HAS TO BE DUE TO THEM TRAPPING IN MOISTURE ON THE INSIDE. I HAVE NOT PAID THEM AND WILL NOT UNTIL THE WORK IS DONE RIGHT.

THEY WERE CLEAN CUT & PROFESSIONAL. HONEST/FAIR. I JUST DIDN'T LIKE THAT THEY SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR W/OUT CALLING FIRST.

PRICES WERE VERY COMPARABLE. FOR CLEAN UP THEY USE A METAL DETECTOR IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER THOUGH. THEY WERE CLEAN CUT & PROFESSIONAL. HONEST/FAIR. I JUST DIDN'T LIKE HOW THEY SHOWED UP AT MY DOOR WITHOUT CALLING FIRST.
