Description of Work: This last service was just getting the chimney cleaned and the wood burner ready for a cold winter. Previous extensive construction and finish work was wonderful with attention to detail. Not always in time but like a good doctor, he spent extra time on your job if it was needed.

 + 6 moreDetails details... Chris is great about the tiny details. He and his helper went the extra mile in everything they did. Honest to a fault. Talented and smart about his trade. Not always exactly punctual but well within reason. We plan to have him rebuild our front entry.
Description of Work: I stall a wood burner insert. This was a new install with no pure existing fireplace. Framing, drywall, painting, electrical, chimney, granite surround, metal firewood box fabricated. Honest, personable, meticulous and talented.

 + 1 moreWent very well. Came out beautifully. Chris came over and did the estimate. Was very polite and knowledgeable. After that we schedule the material purchase, delivery, and installation. He came approximately the time he had scheduled that morning. He was very clean and respectful of my home. He pulled the baseboards and other trim. He built out the wall to make room for the fire box. He framed in the firebox. He the dry walled most the wall. He then stoned the area directly around the unit. He also put in a beautiful mantle. He laid tile directly in front of the fireplace. He re-cut the trim and hooked up the new gas line. The logs are very nice. The heat very well are a nice center piece for my living area.
Description of Work: Installed a Lennox fireplace in my personal residence. He ran the new gas line. He did minor framing and drywall. He laid tile and stone around the fireplace. Pulled and re-cut trim around the installation. Pressure checked the new line and installed the gas log set.
