He did exactly what he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it. It was a pleasure to have a project go off without a hitch and without stress on my part. Description of Work: Dug, laid and buried new drain lines for downspouts on Sorority House. Graded and re-seeded yard. Removed broken sidewalks. Planned the project, obtained necessary permits and arranged and oversaw replacement of concrete sidewalks.

Description of Work: Dug a French Drain. They caused a lot of damage to my patio blocks and landscaping when he said he would be very carful about not damaging our patio and trees. He said he would do it by hand but would up bringing in heavy equipment. He also broke one of our fence posts and tried to blame it on rot when it was only installed a few years ago. They also broke a window which I still don't know how that happened. |It was the cheapest estimate but because of the damage it wound up costing more in headaches and I still need to replace all the broken patio bricks they broke and there are quite a few.
