Tom's Handyman Service

Went well. Did what we asked for a great price. When other contractor did a no show, no call, disappearing act, this company filled in and did exceptional work.

He did a very good job. I would definitely use him again.

Although Tom initially impressed me with his competence and work ethic and after our agreeing to his estimate and scope of work, he decided to withdraw his services and discontinue his work after barely getting started. He told me that the location was not convenient for him and that he simply changed his mind. To his credit, he notified me of his change of interest very early in the process and left the property locked and secured. This was basically a false start that did not seem to work out for him. I would recommend that any homeowner determine in advance how far Tom would need to travel and verify with him whether he can commit to that distance or not.

I worked with Tom and he was really helpful. I still do use him every once in a while. He came out right away because my faucet was completely broken and we were having guests come in a few days. If it was not the same day, it was the next day. The work was done in one day and he went and got the parts. He fixed the lamp and to him, it was really simple. I don't think he charged me for that.

Tom is great to work with. His prices are reasonable and he is very dependable. He is always punctual and responsive. I would recommend him to others.
