I would not even think of hiring any other company for this job and many others. I have been using this company for at least 10 years. The young people who work for this company are very helpful and always so personable. They do a great job!

+ 1 moreTechnicare sent a nice and professional young man to our home for an estimate for WoodenBlind Cleaning, Windows and screens inside and out, and carpet cleaning in four rooms. The work was done on three separate days. My blinds were all taken to Technicare facility early in the morning, cleaned thoroughly and returned and hung by the end of the same day. Another day carpets were cleaned, and they did a nice job. The Windows were cleaned inside and out as well as the screens on another day. I will use them again, they were very good

The timing was good as they turned up same day. Field techs were friendly, professional, and knew their jobs. However, a verbal quote of approximately $1200 +/- was provided. Invoice received after service was over $2,300. Called office more than five times over the course of two weeks and left messages for the Manager Brian. Own and manage apartments and will never recommend, nor use their services again.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning, pet odor removal, fixing the carpet cleaning mistakes of Downey Clean Carpet. The carpet, the carpet is almost 2 years old and has been cleaned twice a year professionally (required by warranty). For the scheduled 4th time we used Downey Clean Carpet... big mistake, they caused the carpet to be oily and stiff while not lifting any pet smells (Rescued dog and cat from humane society). I called Technicare and scheduled a cleaning for 3 weeks out. They did an awesome job, they fixed the mistakes that Downey Clean Carpet had made. Technicare carpet cleaning was great, we will be using them from now on.
