decks, remodeling, replacement windows
+ 1 moreAll went very well despite a growing list of things that needed to be done to the house. He took responsibility for all the work. What started out as a short list based on the inspections and to add hardwood floors turned into a massive six month renovation as more and more things that had to be corrected were uncovered. The two year old deck had to be replaced and when it was we discovered rot on the outside of the house that had been covered up. All of the windows in the house are in the process of being replaced. What we thought we could do over two years now must be done within six months because of the windows rotting. Slight touch up of drywall and painting turned into extensive work. The past owners were not into maintenance, just covering up. Ross has been there and taken care of everything. He was reliable, honest, and responsible.
Description of Work: Supervised and oversaw many projects in our 14 year old house. Rebuilt a deck, assisted in window replacement and hardwood floors, corrected items mentioned by inspectors, replaced cabinet doors, and also dealt with all subcontractors.
