 + -1 moreNeeded new power source for my desktop. Appreciated not being charged for a 'diagnostic' ( a rarity in this business). Computer was fixed and ready for pickup next day. Charge was fair and way below Geek Squad. Will use again. A+

 + -1 moreExcellent support! I was told by another local vendor that I had lost/could not recover my documents and files with no back up--shame on me. But, as a second opinion, I went to PSee and met Ty Hoge at the Powell location. He patiently worked with my computer/hard drive and recovered every item and transferred all the docs and files to my second/newer computer. Plus installed M office and provided a back up system. Wow, I was grateful and very much impressed with the professional service, support and punctuality. I definitely recommend for all computer related concerns.

 + -1 moreWhether doing new equipment installations, upgrades or updates to hardware or software, and configurations of wired and wireless systems, the tasks were accomplished in an effective and efficient manner. Consultations about equipment replacement or upgrade, software updating, their knowledge and experienced-based advice was reliable and on point. If our request was routine or emergency, PSeeSolutions was responsive and responsible. We can highly recommend the firm based upon the nearly decade of actions to keep our computer systems "up and running."
Description of Work: Since 2009, PSeeSolutions has provided business and personal networked, wired and wireless, computer system installations for desktop and laptop PCs, multi-function peripherals, related hardware and software plus periodic maintenance for us. All services, whether premise visits or remote efforts were accomplished on time, within budget and with excellent results. We have been so impressed with PSeeSolutions that we referred them to a law firm to provide a wide array of information technology services and consultations.
