This company was prompt, and professional. I am a newer first time homeowner and I found myself needing a new outdoor unit. I called around to several companies and got the typical "upsale" pitches from a few companies. Lewis Center-Powell heating and cooling- presented me clear facts and very fair pricing. They were able to accommodate my work schedule to get my replacement as soon as possible.My installer Corey went above and beyond to make me comfortable through the entire process! Although I do not foresee any additional issues with my HVAC, if I did have any I would definitely use them again,HIGHLY recommend.

I have certain qualities I look for in a company and they met them without any issues. They were professional, quick to respond to my needs, the price was outstanding. My expectations were exceeded.

I called to schedule. They had someone come out within about 2 hours of my call. Did the checkout, got the furnace tuned up and ready for winter. Got rid of the musty smell coming out of the vents! Chris was very friendly and courteous, explained what he did in detail, and even wore those little protective booties. Very happy to work with these guys, highly recommended!

Company is very responsive. AC went out on Monday morning, called them and had appt for Monday afternoon. $39 diagnostic service call + affordable fix. Very impressed with their technician Matt. Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Lewis Center-Powell Heating & Air is a Great Company Great Customer Service.The Tech that came to my home was very Professional & Friendly.

Very poorly. When the young man enter my home the first thing he said was that he had to use the restroom. I told him that there was a McDonalds two mins from here and he could go and come back. He said he would look at my air condition first. He was out doors for about an hour and return to tell me it might could be fix for about $700+; for the piece and I stated no because I may as well buy a new one. The air conditioner is 25 years old. I paid him for the tune up. Later that week I went out to cut my grass to find that he had left my water running. I assume he use the bathroom out back and wetted it down for the smell. The office did call me to apologize about few months later because of their ratings. She was very professional. I told they should never send a boy to do a mans job (he was very young). This year 2019 I went out to add to my review about them calling to apologize as stated above to find that they reacted to my review themself. I was going to accept the contract that was offer to fine that it expired while I was on vacation. I only use them for the tune up and because of the trouble above they didn't charge me.

Monday August 13 2018 first thing in the door Matt asked could he use use my restroom. I told him No and a McDonald's was one minute away he could go and come back. He said he'll look at air conditioner first. He told me he got the air conditioner to run and then it died. He said I needed a motor and it would cost about $500. He said he wouldn't advise going with a motor. I said I would rather get a new one because my air conditioner is 25 yrs old and it was a TRANE. He said his company only install Carriers air conditioners and I told him I wanted a TRANE. He then said he could install also. I went cut my lawn on Wednesday to find that Matt left my water on and left my hose on the ground. Two days my water was running. When I looked at the invoice I found he quoted a cost $772 for a motor. This cost never was quoted to me ($500 not $772). As he was leaving he went on telling me that his company have many other companies connected if I should think of calling another company. Was this threat???

They were punctual, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend this company.
