He was very pleased overall. The two cleaners were efficient and thorough. The one thing about the work that he didn't like was the cleaning product they used it the surfaces in the kitchen. It left a slippery film which he didn't like.

This is the first time I have used a cleaning service, and I was VERY pleased with the work completed. They worked quietly, efficiently, and went above and beyond what I was expecting them to do. I am will be using them again.

Bought from Angie again and could not use it due to the small detail of 1 per household period. They were great the first time I used them and wanted them to come back. Will use them, but not thru Angie's list.

3 person each came and cleaned thoroughly. Except few minor things I am very happy with the service provided.

My second try with them for housecleaning. I have now said goodbye to a previously cleaning service and going with them permanently. They are right on time, very nice and thorough in their work.

Some issues with communication, but they did a fine job--even cleaned appliances.

It went OK. I thought the products they used to clean the house were not great. There vacuum broke so they ended up using mine to finish their work. One of my wine glasses got broke when she was cleaning the kitchen area. I know it was an accident, but still.

While the workers worked fast, I was dissatisfied with the quality. The kitchen cabinets were not touched, items on the kitchen counter were not moved when the counters were wiped down, there were leaves on the floor inside the patio slider, the floor was. It cleaned behind the toilet it between the toilet and the wall. I paid for three hours and they left after about two without doing a thorough job. That said, the workers were pleasant and it was there last appointment of the day.

Service was terrific. Was able to schedule with them well in advance for them to come out on the 3rd and clean. The team of three showed up 20 minutes in advanced and worked hard for the full 2 hours they were here. The house hasn't looked this good in a long time. Would hire again and would recommend.

The team did a fantastic job! They were friendly, punctual, responsive, and did everything I asked in a timely manner. We have hired them to continue this service on a monthly basis.

WOW! I couldn't be more happy! I reached out, got an immediately response and home visit. Lucas was very professional and seemed to care about my needs. The cleaning was set up for the following Monday. Let me tell you, my house is GORGEOUS! Everything was dusted, NOT just dusted under. Very detailed. The window ledges, the tiny areas, the fan blades............ I think they dusted things that have NEVER been touched. Yes, I will definitely continue to use their services. Best cleaning job EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They worked with us to find a time to clean just before the Christmas holiday. They did a great job and we hired them to clean our house once per month. They are very punctual and efficient. We are very happy.

It was difficult to communicate with them, which made scheduling and communicating our needs a challenge. We purchased a 6 hour cleaning deal, after having previously had them out to clean using a 4 hour deal. I submitted a few preferred times when I bought the deal, and got a voice message back that was very hard to understand with a phone number that I was unable to understand. Luckily, the company has their number as part of the deal and on Angie's List, so I was able to call back. When I did, the man said he was not somewhere he could check the schedule from, and asked if he could call back later. He never did, and I called again a few days later to check on the scheduling. We settled on a Friday morning at 7:30 AM. Well, I spent Thursday picking up, and then got a text that they wouldn't be able to make it then, and asked if they could move it to 11am. I didn't want to have to pick up for a different day, so I re-arranged my schedule and agreed to the 11am. They showed up at 11:45, and proceeded to get to work. Now, they did a decent job the previous time, and did an OK job this time (for a four hour cleaning) and said they were done after 2 hours (four hours of work). I reviewed what they did, and found it lacking (particularly for a 6 hour job). I pointed out several places where they missed, and noticed that they didn't really move things on the counters to clean well behind them or move mats off the floor to get underneath etc. These are things I would expect from a deep cleaning, and given that they only put in 4 of the 6 hours I paid for I asked them to address these issues. They did some of what I asked, but there are still dust bunnies under my bed, and soap scum on the shower floor that I asked them to clean up. It may be that the language barrier is to blame on some of this. My takeaway for this company is that they do a decent job on light/surface cleaning, but don't expect them to do the full deep cleaning if you pay for the extra time. Punctuality and communication are issues with this company. They are certainly not the worst company I have hired, but they are not the best either. I will say that the price was good, but maybe you get what you pay for.

They didn't arrive at the specified time, and no one called to inform me they would be late. I was waiting for them to arrive so I could go to work. They showed up approximately 1 hour late.
