Description of Work: I was trying to find someone to clean my son's house in Hilliard, Ohio as a gift. I found the Home Shine Cleaning Services on Angie's List. I don't live near Hilliard so I was coming from out of town for a consult. I contacted Ines from the Home Shine Cleaning Services.We agreed to meet for an estimate. I had to change the time of our meeting 3 times due to circumstances. She was very cooperative at meeting with me at any of the times I had set up. She showed up at the agreed upon time. I showed her what I wanted done and she agreed to take this job.She gave me a price for an initial cleaning and then a lower price for a monthly cleaning thereafter. Her team came the next day. I didn't see the results but my son said they did a very nice job and that he is going to continue to hire their services for a monthly cleaning. I was very happy with this company's reliability and quality of service.

Description of Work: Was three hours late, broke a collectable and did not tell me, done 1/2 hour early, kitchen cabinets not washed down, kitchen not disinfected- used dishwashing liquid to clean, dusting very poor!

Description of Work: they came in and cleaned my son's apartment. it was in a bad state and they came and cleaned it, took the trash out and made it so he could live there and not be embarrassed to have friends over to visit.
