Received a message back from them several days later saying they had called and left several days ago but I had no message. When I was finally able to talk with someone to setup appointment for estimate, they never showed up.

+ -1 moreI HAD A SALESMAN COME OUT TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WATERFALL SYSTEM. THE COMPANY CAME FOR THE INSTALLATION AND THE CREW DID NOT HAVE WORK ORDER FOR THE PROJECT. THE COMPANY IN THE PROCESS HAD REPLACED ALL OF THE GUTTERING AND IT WAS ONLY TO BE THE COVERING SYSTEM. I AND THE SALESMAN MET AND I WAS GIVEN A DECENT PRICE REDUCTION. I WAS TOLD THE CREW WHO HAD STARTED THE JOB HAD QUIT AND A SUPERVISOR DID COMPLETE THE JOB. EXTREMELY HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE FINISHED PROJECT.

+ -1 moreNOT ONLY DID THEY COMPLETE THE WORK, BUT THEY COMPLETED IT EARLY AND CLEANED UP EVERYTHING. BESIDES THE NICE, NEW GUTTERS ON MY HOUSE, I WOULDN'T HAVE EVEN KNOWN THEY WERE HERE.
