Gotcha Covered's customer service was exceptional. Becky worked with me to select woven wood shades and cellular shades for my whole house. She was mindful of my budget and helped me stay within it. I had my own fabric already picked out for the curtains, and they turned out great. She very clearly communicated about everything from the initial selection to installation. She and her team are extremely professional and personally warm. I plan to order more curtain panels for another room soon.

Becky was fantastic! Communicative, prompt, informative, energetic, professional, competent... 1/8th of our roof is glass, facing due South; imagine the summer sun in that situation. Looking for shading to slide along an angled surface is not something every company can handle. Becky engaged ladders, an electrician and all other resources to find and price our solution. She was helpful in every interaction. Due to unexpected events, we chose not to begin the project this year.

You won't find better than Becky. It's obvious by her enthusiasm that she loves her job. I contacted Becky on very short notice for blinds on all windows of my newly built home. She checked with her suppliers to determine which could meet my deadline. Becky measured all windows while I viewed her samples. She arrived on the day I closed on my home and expertly hung all the window blinds. Everything fits perfectly. I'm very particular about what is done to my home. Becky is even more particular. She works very fast and accurately. I highly recommend this company. You won't find better.
