DID A GOOD JOB. HAVE USED SEVERAL TIMES AND WILL USE AGAIN.

Overall it was a pretty good experience. My complaints are that he didn't tighten all the window screens back into place, so I had to check every window screen. And he didn't wipe out all of the window sills. In fact, he didn't touch the garage window sills at all, which were especially filthy. And it looks like he missed cleaning several of our higher windows on the back of the house, since they were dusty and spotted, but the grorund level windows were clear and clean. So I had to clean the upper windows myself, which was a pain. These issues are the reason for the quality rating of a "C

He washed all the windows on the outside, brushed off the screens, cleaned the window tracks and then washed the inside windows and cleaned the marble window sills. He was very nice to work with and did a beautiful job. There were NO streaks left when he was finished. I could never do such a great job. I'm really enjoying my clean windows! I used this company for the outside, but will definitely use them again for both inside and outside.

They do good job. I did have them come back once because of a concern and the owner of the company came and was able to answer my questions.

They did an excellent job. They washed the windows inside and out, window sills, screens, etc. I would have them back out.

We recently purchased a home that was, while in good shape overall, extremely dirty. We began contacting several people to help us out for some of the bigger projects. One of these "big projects" was cleaning the windows. They were in horrible shape. We contacted Gibbs, and someone came to our house within 24 hours to give us an estimate. They even noted we had a chandelier and included a thorough cleaning of it in the estimate in case we were interested (we weren't aware they even did this, so it was a pleasant surprise). Scheduling was easy, and they were able to come out within in the week to clean our windows. On the day of, the gentleman that came out was prompt and extremely courteous. He gave me a call to let me know he had arrived so that I wouldn't be frightened if I looked out and saw him unloading. He was very quick, and the difference in our windows is outstanding. They look brand new! In addition to cleaning our chandelier, he replaced the light bulbs while up there (at no charge). The service and quality we received was well worth every penny!

They arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and went right to work. When they were finished, all of our windows and screens were spotless. The chandelier in the entryway (approx. 18 ft. high) had not been cleaned since the house was built (10 yrs) and was terribly dusty. They spent 30-45 minutes scraping old paint and cleaning the entire thing not once but twice. It sparkles and shines like crazy now and they even replaced all the light bulbs when asked. While cleaning a 2nd story window in the entryway which had a remote controlled blind (dead for years), I asked if they could replace the batteries and they did so with no additional charge. They also pointed out that this particular window?s seal had been broken and recommended another company to replace it. They were here for 2-3 hrs and I can honestly say all the glass in our house has never looked better and we have a working blind again. They were very courteous and professional and we will be using them from now on for our window cleaning. We would recommend them to anyone.

They arrived promptly at the stated time. Todd and Bryan did a wonderful job. They difference in having truly clean windows is remarkable. They worked very efficiently and brought any issues to my attention. They estimated that the job would take about 3 hours, which was amazingly accurate. It actually took about 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and only left CLEAN windows. I chose them because of the recommendations in Angie's List and I will definitely be using them again.

They were fantastic; they did a great job. We found them on Angie’s List. The job cost us $300. Our experience with them was very good. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Oh my gosh, this company is WONDERFUL! I chose it from the reports on Angie's List and I did not go wrong. Tyler and Brian showed up on time, with all the right equipment and went straight to work. The windows in our house have not been cleaned, except for outside pressure washing several years ago, for 10 years. Although the mullions were screwed in and took extra time to remove, Tyler did not charge extra. I didn't talk to Brian much because he was working outside, but Tyler was extremely professional, friendly, and patient with the other people working in the house (painter, moving company packers, cleaning company). It was a crazy day getting the house ready to sell, and they did a beautiful job in spite of the chaos. The price was reasonable ... they were here all day, and the work they did makes me wonder why we have not done this before. I know they clean gutters and do other work, as well. I will not call another company until I have checked to see if Gibbs can do other jobs I need done. Thanks Tyler and Brian! :)

This is the second time I have used this company and wouldn't use anyone else. the work they do is exceptional. Very professional and respectful of furniture and plants. Cleans screens as well. I had appointment scheduled for another time and owner was very understanding of showing up late for appointment. They are busy and are scheduling a couple weeks out, but was not a problem and feel they are worth the wait.

I have used them 3 times now and will definately use them again and recommend them to others.

Doug arrived on time, courteously parking his truck on the street instead of the driveway. He asked if I had any questions or special concerns. He got to task and didn't stop until all windows were spotless. What amazed me most was the effort he put forth on a most miserably hot day. He went about his work diligently and without missing a beat. The inside chandelier was quite dusty and a real eyesore for me; however, try as I may I could never get clean. Well, after Doug did his magic, the chandelier sparkles. I am so happy! My only question was "why did I wait so long?" Perfection and professionalism!

I have used them before, and continue to think they are the best around. They arrive on time, do the job extremely well and for a much lower price than some of the other companies out there.

He came out and cleaned the windows as expected - did a great job for us and would recommend them to next customer.

We have used Gibb's over the years and have been pleased. There was an issue a few years back that they immediately corrected. This year, a gentleman named Doug arrived from Gibbs. He arrived promptly at 10:00am and worked seemingly without a break. My wife and I were admiring the work as he progressed. When he finished, we provided him a gratuity and told him that this was the best job we had seen over the years. We hope Gibbs sends him back to us next year. Some years ago when we started using Gibb's Window Cleaning, we had priced several other companies. They were the most competitive of all. They have held their price for us over the last few years. There is no question whom we will call when we need our windows cleaned again!

I wanted to change companies because I was unhappy with the last one. The guy with Gibbs was here on time! I said nothing, but he asked when I painted my house. It has been 2 years. I was told whoever had been cleaning my windows still had left paint on it. I picked this one because of Angie's list and I was able to use the 10% discount because I was a new customer.

Doug came as scheduled. I got him started and left. He did a great job and left the invoice . I appreciate that.

They gave us a quote pretty quick after I contacted them and once I had all other estimates, I decided to use them as they could perform the service the following week and their price was excellent! Very happy with the service-would definitely use again!

This is the 2nd year i have used this company. Both times i have been extremely satisfied. They are prompt and courteous. I have 30 very large windows. I have had other companies quote me prices $50-$100 more than Gibb's. I paid the same price as last year. With the price of gasoline and inflation I was surprised that the price was the same.They are very careful outside as to not disturb any planting or flower beds. Last year i had some damaged screens that they took and repaired brought back and installed without me having to be here. If one has the light bulbs on hand they will replace them when they clean the chandelier. Overall a great experience.

Excellent. I have them come out twice a year, and I wouldn't go with anyone else.

Doug was very professional and efficient. As I was writing the check, he volunteered to clean the hurricane pendant lights that hang above my island. I would highly recommend Doug and will use Gibbs again.
