They were prompt and responsive. They sent someone to give an estimate. They were very friendly. I had asked for a little bit of extra service, an exterior cleaning and mold removal in the interior and in the window seal and he charged me an extra $75 amount. I expected a very good detail and it was not and that was the part that disappointed me. I did not get anything near for the extra charge. I think they were high on their price and I saw good reviews on Angie’s List and I thought that they will be good at details but did not end up that way. I should have gotten a $99 coupon for window cleaning. The guy was nice and I have nothing against him but I did not get my money’s worth at all. I felt that I just gave it away.

dWe built the house 7.5 years ago and had never had the windows cleaned. They were cleaned by someone at the end of construction but I don't know who did it. Whoever it was didn't do nearly the job that Gibbs did. Everything went smoothly right from the start. I called one night and left a message. The next evening we had a bid on our front door. I called and asked a couple of questions (about doing the Pella windows) and we scheduled the job for about a week out. His first guy arrived exactly at the time he said he would and another guy came a little later. Both were very friendly and professional. They were able to answer questions or converse with us without missing a beat in getting their work done. They were here about 3.5 hours each and we have never seen our windows look so good. The price was exactly as quoted. Would definitely recommend.

It turned out beautiful. The quality of their work was excellent. It was a one man team and he was fast and thorough. He also cleaned the big screens. He really worked hard to get the job done. He washed the plastic frames of the windows. I found their price reasonable and i did not go around shopping. It was a busy time for them, they came a week after i called them. He was punctual. He didn't have any problem with the two different types of windows.

They're wonderful. On average, it takes them about 4-5 hours to do my windows, depending on what I have them do.

Gibbs was great, I called up hoping I could get help the same week and left a message. Tyler called back the next day and was able to fit me in after another cancellation that same day. They did a great job, quick and efficient, including providing some advice on some bad window situations I have. Would not hesitate to have them back again!

Chris went around after they completed and made sure we were happy with their work. We were pleased, and found no streaks or anything to comment upon. He obviously prides himself on his work and the reputation of his company.

Jeremy did a great job. It's so nice to see out of clean windows. He is very professional, friendly, and trustworthy. He worked steadily and was done way before I thought he would be.

We have over 15 windows, a patio door in basement, and a skylight. They clean both the inside and outside of all windows. We have been using them for years. They are great! If you feel something was not done correctly, they send someone out promptly to take care of it. They are always on time and give you estimated time of showing up.

The work was perfect and the employees were pleasant to have around, especially important since they have to be inside the house. I have used Gibbs for years and will continue to do so.

After checking Angie's List I called Gibb's Window Cleaning for an estimate...leaving a message on the company's voice mail. The owner Tyler Henry called back promptly saying he would stop by in the next couple days. He came by the very next day and...since I was out at the time...he left a written estimate on a very professional looking hang tag on our front door. Pleased with the quote, I called to schedule the work. Tyler explained in detail what they would be doing and listened politely while I explained plantings around our home that I wanted the cleaners to treat carefully. We agreed upon a date for the service. The morning they were scheduled to be here, Tyler called to let me know that due to the very cold temperatures they'd be starting a little later and asked if that would be okay. It was and at the newly scheduled time, a young man named Robin rang the doorbell. He was polite, respectful of our home and began cleaning. A little later Tyler arrived and joined in the work. Our windows are of the divided light variety, with lots of mullions making cleaning difficult. But they did a great job. Tyler even dismantled the three glass sections of our front storm door in order to clean each panel front & back. I would definitely use Gibb's again!

Tyler came out to do an estimate in August, and after a quick walk-around to see what the job entailed, he gave us an estimate that was quite reasonable, considering the number of windows (13, plus an enclosed porch and glass in 3 doors). He recognized the challenges associated with our old wood windows (some double-hung, some casement style) and cranky old storms, but did not seem worried about that. We waited a month or so to schedule the work and agreed on a date in early October. The crew showed up at around 10:30 a.m. (we were told it would be 9:30 or later before they arrived), and went right to work. The windows are sparkling (and most had not been cleaned for more than 5 years). They had some difficulty with one storm window which was in so tightly that removal was impossible without a chance of breaking the glass, but otherwise they managed to overcome any challenges our old windows presented. The cost was exactly what they had estimated, with tax and a small administrative fee ($2.99) added on. I would definitely use them again.

Gibbs was good to deal with - they made an appt. right away, provided an estimate, and scheduled the work promptly. The man who came was on time, very nice, and did a good job. I would be happy to use them again.

Excellent job, even with my difficult old windows!

After using 4 different window cleaning firms over the years, none of which did high-quality work, we researched companies on Angie's list and chose Gibbs Window Cleaning based on their outstanding reviews. We had just had extensive and very dirty work done on our back yard (removal and fill-in of in-ground pool, new paver patios, etc) which left exterior windows coated with debris. Owner Tyler arrived exactly on schedule the day following completion of back yard work. Unlike previous companies, he pointed out that 3 dormers on front of house needed to be cleaned from inside to avoid damaging cedar shake roof. He did a meticulous job on every one of our 30 windows and was extremely careful not to damage any new plantings around the exterior, nor any items in his way throughout the interior. Our windows are spotless as never before, and the cost of this excellent work was extremely fair. We will never again have to experiment with a window cleaning company because Gibbs has earned our business for as long as we are still kicking. Tyler is a fine young man who deserves the many accolades his company receives, including mine.

The tech came on time as scheduled. He had all supplies and was ready to work. I have many cathedral windows and this was not a problem for him. Windows and screens were cleaned. Tech was very polite and responsive to my requests. I have used this company for several years now without a problem.

Robin arrived on time, was very polite, and worked hard all day on the windows. It's difficult to have someone in your entire house, but he made it easy for me to be here with my two little kids. He always took off his shoes when in the house, and did an amazing job cleaning all of our old, dirty windows. He also cleaned the front and back doors, and the basement glassblock windows which were weren't even expecting. We will definitely use them in the future. Gibbs was also almost 1/2 the price of another company I quoted. We were very happy with the work.

This company was wonderful! They were professional, punctual, and very courteous. They took apart the casings of my Peachtree double hung windows and washed them to a sparkle inside and out. The tech that came was very courteous and helpful, pointing out some issues with my windows and offering suggestions as to how to get them repaired. We thought the price was very fair as well, it was well worth the money to have them cleaned right. I will definitely have Gibbs back out to wash my windows each year.

Tyler and a co-worker were very thorough. They were careful with the landscaping around the house and were also careful when they were cleaning inside. We have used them for over 10 years and STRONGLY recommend their services.

James arrived on time. He promptly set to work on the outside windows. Then he cleaned the inside windows and screens. Tyler then arrived and made the foyer chandelier sparkle. James cleaned the outside light fixtures. They are both so nice, courteous, and friendly. Have been using them several years. This company does a super job. Will continue to use Gibbs Window service.
