They were very good and efficient. It looks like a good job. I got a 10% discount for being a first-time customer. They are a little higher than the people we used to use, but probably comparable with others.

It is the same guy every time. He is really friendly. He is always on time. They haven't raised prices in two year. It is a real good value.

I have used them before for my house and for houses I put on the market to sell. THey can do other services too that really help, like cleaning and repairing the screens. THey are very friendly and professional. The money is so well spent.

Gibbs Window Cleaning Inc. provided outstanding service, as promised. I had an estimate within hours that I thought was very reasonable, considering the amount of work that needed to be done and that we had not had our windows cleaned in ten years! The technician arrived on time and got right to work. He was conscientious and hard-working. The result was sparking-clean windows, inside and out! The tech also cleaned my glass enclosure chandelier and it has never looked better. There were no hidden charges at the time of billing, which we appreciated. I will use Gibbs Window cleaning again.

It worked out well and they did a good job. They cleaned both the inside and the outside of the windows. They also do gutter cleaning and we're going to call them for gutter cleaning as well but haven't done that yet. They were very professional, worked well and took care of what they needed to. They stayed out of my way and did a good job for me. I thought they were very good and their price was also good. They came right out and came exactly when they said they would. Spotless. Sparkling. In the case of one deadlight that they cleaned, the glass is positively invisible.

They were fine. Their price was comparable but still a lot. The price was not out of line with other companies we had used. They had forgotten to do one screen. I used them because they were able to do the work quicker than the normal company we use. It was raining so the outside had to be delayed. When they came to do the outside, I had no idea when they were coming. I would have liked to know they were coming.

Doug arrived on time, was neat and clean and very personable. He was very professional and seemed to take pride in his work. He did a wonderful job of cleaning 9 pairs of patio doors plus 4 large windows that extend to the peak of the roof. He also cleaned 3 or 4 small windows. I highly recommend his work and have used Gibbs Window Cleaning for several year. I have never been disappointed.

Jeremy arrived on time and immediately started working. He did a great job. He took care with each window - no streaks, no drips, no smears. Was very pleased.

They worked out really well. I had not ever had anyone do it in the past and I called them when I was at a point where I could not handle it due to the rough spring and summer. I thought that they did a wonderful job. I was at work when they came out and I appreciated that I did not have to be home. The windows were very clean when I got home so I know that did a good job. When I called we set a date for them to come out, which was less than a week later. He called a left me a message a bit later about not being able to come out because of rain and they came out a couple of days later. I was content with the price although I did not research the pricing.

They were responsive and provided a quick turn around after giving their quote. They did a great job and I will use them again in the future.

crew showed up on time and went right to work cleaning off the gutters. ladders with offset arms were used to avoid touching the gutters. the crew was very polite and careful while working around tables, lamps, etc.

We set a date for the service to be completed, and when I needed to change the date, they were more than gracious. On the new date, the employee showed up on time and was very professional and accomodating. The service was excellent, and the price was well below what I had paid in the past to another company. I called to schedule our windows to be cleaned and they were booking within 2 weeks. They did not come out and give me an estimate since I had used them before they just told me over the phone what it would be. They showed up when scheduled, worked professionally and efficiently the whole time, cleaned up everything and left my windows sparkling! Excellent job!!!

Tyler wiped a skylight and fixed a loose board at no extra cost. When I asked Tyler if I may borrow his ladder to trim the top of my oversized arborvitaes, he was most helpful. He not only let me use his ladder but he was also holding it until I did the trimming to make sure that it will not flip over. I was impressed to say the least. The bill was the same as the estimate: $140 plus tax. I will definitely hire them again.

James from Gibbs arrived at the time as planned and spent about 3.5 hours cleaning the windows and gutters, plus fixing 3 screens. He originally didn't have the gutter cleaning on his list of services to perform, but he made the update to his worksheet with no issues and cleaned out the gutters (which were clogged with roof debris after a new roof had been installed).
