+ -1 moreMr. Stewart came to our home, inspected the damage and work to be done and said it would be an easy job. He was friendly and professional at the time of his visit, however he never emailed me the quote after he left. I called and spoke with him a few days later, reminding him that I needed the quote to submit my claim to the delivery company who caused the damage. He said he would email it to me. I never got the email. I called him again and left a voice mail, requesting the quote again. He never emailed me or returned my phone call. I am now left to find another company to fix this and take time out of my workday again to do this all over again.
Description of Work: Our builder recommended David Stewart's company (Furniture Medic by Wood Menders) to fix some nicked wood steps (caused by a furniture delivery).
