Description of Work: I had a very expensive leather sofa that broke a support beam. I believe it was Mr. Hawk that came out to give an estimate. He provided a date and time about a week after to come and do the repair. He never showed. I left several messages, and none were returned. I went to his location, and he would not answer the door. Suffice it to say, this individual/company is completely unreliable. Buyer beware!!
