+ -1 moreTHE OWNER CALLED AND CONFIRMED THE DATE FOR INSTALL AND I DOUBLE CHECKED WITH HIM TELLING HIM I WAS GOING OUT THAT NIGHT TO BUY THE NEW APPLIANCES. HE CALLED THE NEXT MORNING AND SAID THE GAS COMPANY TOLD HIM HE WASN'T QUALIFIED TO DO THAT PART OF THE JOB ALTHOUGH HE WAS CONFIDENT HE COULD STILL DO IT. I DECIDED THAT I DID NOT WANT TO RISK MY HOUSE BLOWING UP AND SO I HAD TO CALL A PROFESSIONAL PLUMBER AND PAY A LARGE 'RUSH FEE' TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL GAS LINE RUN FROM THE BASEMENT. WATER AND DRAIN LINES ALSO HAD TO BE DONE BY THE PLUMBER. AFTER ALL OF THIS THE MORNING OF THE JOB HE DID NOT SHOW UP AND WHEN I CALLED HIM HE TOLD ME HE 'WAS GOING TO PASS ON MY JOB' AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE ME HANGING WITH A HUGE GAS STOVE AND DISHWASHER JUST SITTING. NIGHTMARE! BEWARE!! BE CAREFUL BECAUSE MY EXPERIENCE WITH HIM WAS THAT HE WAS WILLING TO LEAVE ME HIGH AND DRY WITH BRAND NEW APPLIANCES IN MY KITCHEN AND DID NOT CARE ABOUT HIS PREVIOUS COMMITMENTS OR THE SITUATION HE HAD LEFT ME IN OR ALL THE
Description of Work: THE OWNER CAME OUT WITH HIS FATHER TO DO AN ESTIMATE ON REMODELING MY KITCHEN. THEY WERE GOING TO INSTALL A GAS STOVE WHERE THERE HAD PREVIOUSLY BEEN AN ELECTRIC ONE AND A DISHWASHER WHERE A CABINET HAD FORMERLY BEEN.
