Hello, I had Distinctive Outdoor Concepts do a about 600 sq. foot paver patio and everything came out amazing. Joe Bird was great the entire process. He answered any questions I had at anytime and trust me I had a lot of questions. I got quotes from about 15 different patio companies and chose Distinctive Outdoor Concepts just because of Joe Bird. I would 100% recommend using this company for any patio/landscaping needs you have.

It went great! Joe and his team were always professional, on time, courteous, and the patio looks great! There is always yard damage with a project like this, but they repaired the damaged lawn by adding great sod! Would highly recommend!

Above our expectations. The crew members were all hard workers and very pleasant. When we asked for advice or suggestions, Joe gave us several options. We were allowed to make changes without feeling any pressure. Jill in landscaping was very helpful also and gave several options with each question we asked about plants and trees. We highly recommend them.

Joe was very informative from start to finish. His crew was very professional, friendly and completed the job very quickly. They really did a great job of leaving everything cleaned up after they were complete. Gave Distinctive Outdoor Concepts a call to get an estimate on building a patio and deck. Joe came out to look at the property and get an idea of what we wanted. He came back in a few days with three different well-designed plans depending on how much we wanted to build and spend. All of the plans were right in line with what we told him we were looking for, so we started with one of the options and tweaked it a little. The guys came out and did the work. Everybody was very responsive in keeping me up to date on the progress. The results were gorgeous and there were no surprise charges. Probably not the cheapest company out there, but the results were great and we are extremely pleased.

The process started out great. After several design consultations a final plan was agreed upon. The crew arrived on time and were professional. The finishing details became an issue. The installer had to come back several times to correct the steps leading to the yard. The damage to the lawn was supposed to be taken care of after the project was complete. The seed that was put down became nothing but weeds so we reseeded ourselves. The contract called for the flower beds to be mulched after completion. This was not done as several days went by. The owner asked for the balance of his payment and was refused until the job was 100% complete. The mulch was installed the next day. The pavers look great however we are getting grass growing between some of the paver steps that were laid.

Joe took his time with us to determine the perfect plan for out retaining wall and the perfect material. I was only able to describe to him what I wanted and show him some pictures to illustrate the concept but could never find an exact picture to show him what I wanted. At the time I didn't know my husband was freaking out on the inside because he couldn’t visualize what I was talking about at all. And then, when they were ready to start the install I was out of town! After day 1, my husband was so impressed he emailed me pictures and when I came home it was completed and so beautiful and EXACTLY what I wanted!

They did a superb job. The price was between 10,000 and 15,000. The experience was very good. They were punctual. They came when they said they were going to come. The owner is Joe Bird, and he is very nice.
