WE WOULD NOT HIRE COOK AGAIN. THE WORK WAS MEDIOCRE AND FRAUGHT WITH PROBLEMS. HE DOES NOT PAY MUCH ATTENTION TO DETAIL. ALSO, WHILE THEY SAWED OUTSIDE, THEY WOULD DROP THEIR CIGARETTE BUTTS IN OUR DRIVEWAY AND LAWN. WE HAD TO PICK UP MORE THAN 40 OF THESE, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WE ALSO DEVELOPED A LEAK IN THE SHOWER BECAUSE THEY SEEMED TO HAVE FORGOTTEN OR INADEQUATELY SEALED ONE OF THE PLUMBING CONNECTIONS.
Description of Work: COOK TORE OUT OUR BATHTUB AND INSTALLED A WALK-IN SHOWER.

WALLS ARE NOT SMOOTH, CREASES APPARENT, BUMP IN FLOORING, AND TWO INCH TEAR IN FLOORING. COOK WORKED SHORT DAYS AND DRUG THE TASK OUT.
