Compass Homes

We contacted this builder to see their inventory homes. The one house we looked at was beautiful. The quality was amazing. We were disapponted that the price for the property didn't match the price listed online. The website also featured an inventory home that was in contract so it would have been helpful to have that info updated on the website. They also were open to customizing a home to meet our needs. It also took a couple of days to hear back from someone when we submitted a request online. Other than that, we would recommend this builder based on our experience.

We called Compass to view their model home in Jerome Village, they didn't make an appointment but told us a salesperson would be there between 1 and 4pm the next day and we could drop by whenever. We showed up but no one was there; we figured they might be out showing a potential customer a lot or even another home so we waited around for 15 min. We called them and got forwarded to another office that basically said, "Hmm someone should be there but we have no Idea where she is, we'll try to track her down and call you back ASAP". We went and spent a fair amount of time at another builder's model and didn't hear back from Compass. We called again and they were apologetic and offered to reschedule a more firm appointment for another day. They couldn't commit to an exact time so we settled for "Wednesday afternoon" with the promise that they would call back and confirm with a firm time...still waiting for that call, weeks later. In the meantime we have started building with one of the other builders in the neighborhood. If Compass isn't organized enough to schedule a meeting then how are they going to build a house? What a joke.
