Buckeye House Painting

Description of Work: Buckeye painted the trim, gutters and downspouts on my home. They power washed everything. They verified the color to be used prior to purchase of the paint (left a color sample after making their match assessment). They caulked everything, covered everything around the home (although with as good as they are it probably wasn't necessary). Not one drip anywhere. No paint on anything that should not have been painted. | |When they finished they followed up to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. After completion several neighbors contacted me asking who painted the house. They were quite impressed. They are retirees and watched the entire process. The crew was on time and very professional. | |One last thing. They were a little more than 1/2 the price of others that came to quote the job.

Description of Work: They just finished up yesterday and it looks great. The painter's even took a look at the roof and found a sunkin shingle on the apex of the roof that might be causing some of those leak problems. Buckeye Painters was very detail oriented and they covered and taped all areas. I was really impressed. They even removed the gutters and downspouts before painting. Before leaving they walked around the house a couple of times to make sure not spots were missing or needed to be repainted. I highly recommend this company and give them an A+ on everything.

Description of Work: Painted the entire interior of my home. Had to get rid of the yellow. Done in 2 days; no litter left in home; and they unhung and took to garage to paint all new interior primed doors I had installed. They reinstalled the doors and did a great job of rehanging blinds. Price and service was great!

Description of Work: painted living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 hallways. Filled in multiple cracks and divots. Work was done when they said it would be. Arrived late due to traffic, but they called to let me know. Excellent quality, minimal mess. I told them I hadn't bought new switch covers yet, ok to just leave the old ones off. They went and bought plain ones to just make it look better. Second time I've used them. cheaper than 2 other estimates.

Description of Work: Here's what I didn't like: I thought the subs could have been a bit more tidy, I didn't like sign in my yard without asking permission.(If they did I don't remember). The painters were extremely nice, and they were very hard working. I didn't know they were going to spray paint my windows so that was weird to me. I wish it had been explained by the person who bid the job. I didn't know I would have to pay the painters on the spot when they were done with the job, and fill out a survey. Would I tell the truth on a survey handed to me? Not really. So It was a sense of dissatisfaction with the way things were managed..maybe I'm too picky.

Description of Work: They did some exterior trim for us and they painted an interior bedroom. They were prompt, showed up when they said that they would, completed the job on time and did an excellent job. We could not have been more pleased and we will definitely use them again. The price was reasonable and the quality was excellent. We were very pleased.

Description of Work: I needed to paint 2 rooms in my new house. I received two estimates, one of which was from Buckeye Painting. The estimates were quite similar, and both were higher than I wanted to pay. I ended up painting these rooms myself because I can easily do it. However, I was very satisfied with my experience with this company and would definitely consider hiring them for another job.

Description of Work: We had the quote very promptly followed by an appointment one month out. They are easy to contact for paint color changes and for scheduling changes. They showed up on time and worked very hard without any delays. They were professional and very detail oriented. Once they left they cleaned and replaced all the pics and furnishings. We were very happy.

Description of Work: In May 2011 Mr. Klem provided an estimate for painting the house trim, garage doors and deck substructure. We also wanted the gutters and downspouts included in the estimate but he indicated that Buckeye does not paint those items. Of the three estimates that we obtained (the other two included the gutters and downspouts), his estimate tied with another for the highest price. I was confident that this firm, as well as either of the other two firms, would have done a professional job. Therefore, because the lowest bidder included the gutters and downspouts, I decided to engage that firm. However, if future painting projects occur, I shall not hesitate to include Buckeye House Painting among the firms that I contact.

Description of Work: We had Buckeye House Painting, 198 Oak Street paint our wood, brick, and stucco home in October. We were exceptionally pleased with their performance. The two workers, Mike and Jason were courteous, and hard working. They came to the home on time, scraped and painted eves and all wood areas with two coats of Sherman Williams paint. The job was completed in one day. They had drop cloths on the porch and landscaping, were careful of shrubbery, and cleaned up completely when done. They even suggested touching up a few areas that were not on the contract, but they had noticed needed a coat of paint. We would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again. We give the company an A+ from the first and final estimate through the paint job and clean up.
