Their bid was comparable to others that I got. I liked the amount of feedback I could find about the company. They were very communicative, punctual, and worked to accommodate my schedule. The crew was nice; one woman sang a lot while she painted.

We contacted four companies for estimates and heard from three of them. We chose Buckeye Painting because we liked the work we saw on a neighbor's house. We had trim, stucco, porch rails, porch ceiling, etc. that needed to be done. We had a 3-person crew both days of their job. Prior to the painting day, the house was power washed by one of Buckeye's employees and the job was quite thorough. I have to say that we are very pleased with the work that was done. Jose was the crew chief and he paid close attention to detail. All in all a very good experience. Thank you, Buckeye!

The painters showed up on time. They were sensitive to my concerns and eager to please. They worked hard, fast and did a good job with clean up. The power wash guy was also very good. The wood repair guy did an excellent job. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work. Bob Klem was excellent to work with - a good listener.

Great! Katie worked with us on color selection last fall over a couple of iterations as we worked to get approval from our HOA. Once we got to the spring, the job was a collection of coordination. The weather during May is always tricky to get around. This job was particularly tricking timing wise because we were having boards replaced prior to the paint job and ordering new shutters which we didn't want to sit around for too long because of the space they took up, plus we live near the Muirfield Village Golf Course and we were trying to avoid having the crew have to fight tournament traffic. Katie worked closely with us to coordinate getting the crew out in the various good weather windows and ensure the job was done a few days before the tournament which included them working over the weekend. The work was excellent and the house looks fantastic. This is the 3rd time we've had Buckeye paint our house over the last 15 years and we will definitely hire them again next time! Everything went very well from the initial proposal until job was complete. Katie was our main contact and she is very professional and courteous. She also is extremely knowledgeable about the paint colors. Their quote was a bit higher than a couple other quotes we’d gotten and they do not paint the older popcorn ceilings, but she provided a written quote and honored it 6 months after it was given. The day the crew was there, Jose the supervisor was on time and waited for the other crew to arrive before he left. The workers were nice and cleaned up nicely when they were finished. I would definitely recommend Buckeye and will use again in future.

The Buckeye paining crew did an excellent job painting the trim, and deck on our house. The whole process was handled in a very professional manner, with excellent communication in each step. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the crew was very courteous, and pleasant to have around for a couple days. We were especially grateful for their help (Katy) in selecting appropriate colors for the job.

Excellent! Katie came out the next day after calling, gave us a price that was a fixed price, and told us how the process would work. We asked that it be done in April, so they called the first week in April to tell us when the power washing would be done, then let us know the day before the painting was to be done, as weather was the predictor. Ryan arrived shortly after 8, did a survey with us on what was to be done. Mason and Ty arrived shortly after and they got started. They worked hard all day and finished some time in the evening. They touched up any areas that got paint on them, took excellent care of the surroundings , scheduled a walkabout prior to our paying them. Ryan arrived right on time for the walkabout, touched up a couple of areas and problem solved a couple of silicone covered outlets to make them look better. It was a great experience and a pleasure to work with this company.

The 3-man crew from Buckeye House Painting did an excellent job and got it all done in one day. They showed up on time, left the rooms clean and were pleasant to deal with. We have used this company several times for interior and exterior painting, and they always do good work.

We needed to have 8 areas painted and were impressed with the quote process, during which the care that would be taken of our belongings was explained. The painting team was punctual and worked quickly. We inspected the job carefully after the first day and were pleased with the results, with the exception of one wall that was to have had TV brackets removed and the wall repaired. On the second day, we pointed out the repair that was to have been done, and it was taken care of to our satisfaction. A bathroom mirror was chipped on a corner while it was being taken down or put back. Our team foreman indicated the company would pay to replace the mirror, which was confirmed by the owner, and it was purchased and installed same day. Overall, it was a great experience. The only change we would have requested was that all furniture be covered in the two rooms that were not painted. A fine layer of dust was left that took some effort to remove, but it was not a serious issue.

My wife and I have been repeat users of Buckeye House Painting and always enjoy working with Katie and her team. This time was no exception work was performed as agreed and on time within a very fair price. We would highly recommend based on multiple times using the firm.

The company was easy to work with and is customer service oriented, professional. I wanted to have the house painted before the end of the year and this company was accommodating. About a month after receiving the estimate they had the house trim power washed and then about a week later they began the exterior painting. It took 3 days to complete the job. The crew did a great job and I was happy with the results.

I hired buckeye in 2014 to paint the exterior of my house. The bottom line is that it looks like this (see photo) less than 4 years later, and I have to pay to have it repainted again. A few additional details: before the painting was done they recommended someone to do some wood repair, and I followed along with all the recommendations. Buckeye did all the prep and priming. Then they had a hard time matching the paint color that I choose, even though I gave them a can of the paint with the exact color formula. The windows are now painted two very different shades of the wrong color. They only applied one coat even though the agreement was for two coats. After all the delays, the painting was finished on the last day right before the temperature dropped very low, so there was no time to fix any of these issues. I left a negative review a couple months ago and Bob contacted me and asked me to give him an opportunity to fix the situation. I was happy that he reached out, until he reneged on the offer after coming up with an excuse about the siding and then blaming the nails (which were hammered back into the siding as part of the prep work). Finally, Bob topped it all off by calling me a liar about the windows being painted two colors, which is not a very intelligent thing to say since the windows are on the outside of the house and are easy to see, and the paint order with all of the colors is saved in the computer at the paint store. Looking forward to reading more excuses in the response below.

Katie was made it easy and flexible in working with the schedule. Painters showed up on time, were courteous and did a professional job. Although we have aluminum siding, the wood trim on the house was aging, worn and faded. We wanted to repaint it ourselves but quickly realized that there was far more trim than we thought. Without elastigirl superpowers or proper ladders/scaffolding, all of that 2nd story trim was going to pose a challenge. Fortunately, Buckeye House Painting made the process easy. Their online form at [*** Link removed ***] meant that I could dash off a request outside of business hours. Bob came out at our convenience to scope out the job and give us a quote. Katie shared her amazing expertise in selecting the perfect paint color (which turned out great). Her side hustle must be as a meteorologist because she was able to schedule the painting and drying time without rain interference. The painting crew arrived exactly on schedule and completed the work much faster than I expected—without leaving any paint splatters or messes. These guys know how to paint! Highly recommended.

Buckeye House Painting did a wonderful job once again staining our deck. They hand-brushed every inch of it and did phenomenal work. We have used the company in the past to stain our pergola and for interior painting. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done and we'll use them again. While everything is pricey anymore, their prices are competitive for the quality of work they do. I would pay them any day vs. doing it myself!
