Corrected the issues

I received a quote in the spring to fix 6 foot of missing flashing. The company stalled me for over six months. Every time I called them they said they would be out the next week. They came one time and did not bring a tall enough ladder. The final time I called them they said they would have to get more flashing because they ran over my flashing with their truck. It was bad as saying my dog ate my homework. They do not keep their word. Very unreliable.

Owner of the company had provided the estimate approximately six month prior to the service. The estimate was made to provide an understanding of roof repair costs before buying a house. After house purchase honored price and scheduled service shortly after purchasing house. The crew arrived early in the day and began work. Unfortunately, a sudden downpour occurred before they had completed the work and water flowed into the house before the work was completed. They did put in place the underlayment over the entire roof before quitting for the day. The good news is that there was no appearance of major leaks on the inside ceiling and walls although there was water on the floor in some rooms. The next day the roof was completed. An inspection the next day showed that the patch on one part of the flat roof was not quite right. They returned and repaired that part of the work. While problems arose, the personnel were professional if not always punctual and did make sure the job was done correctly before leaving.

I had a leak in my roof which turned out to be 3 leaks. Best Ohio came out Tuesday 2/9/2010 in the middle of the big snow storm and assessed the damage then came out on Friday and shoveled snow off my roof and put down ice melt then returned saturday morning to do the repairs. Very prompt and professional as well as personable people. Price was very reasonable. They also alerted me to defective dimensional shingles from Certinteed and left me samples of same from my roof.

Each time I was very satisfied. This is the reason that we kept coming back. The price was the best we could find. The work was performed on-time. Any messes were cleaned up. I got my money's worth. They worked well with the claims adjustor from my insurance company, which helped make the two major repairs(and especially the roof replacement)very easy.
