Don't even THINK of using this company. Chris did a sub-par job of clearing our drain, then after having to call him several times, he wanted to charge us AGAIN to come out and clear it after only 5 weeks. I would also recommend checking this company on BBB. Their accreditation was revoked.

Chris installed 2 gas water heaters, Rheem, of which one was not installed correctly and after over a month back and forth he wanted another $300 to fix what Rheem covers free. He claimed he spoke to Rheem but he could not have. Once they heard it was rusting and the plastic bag was filling up with water they sent someone right away as it could have exploded. Chris offered a 9 year warranty, parts and labor, but he never honored it and just wanted more money. He now blames us for not knowing what was wrong. He is supposed to be the plumber. We are elderly and he clearly took us to the cleaners. I do not recommend him. He does not respect the customer but takes your money.

Chris informed us about other aspects and maintenance of our drains and sump pump which was helpful to us to prevent future problems.

Chris got the job done and he did it on a Sunday so Iâ m very grateful that he took time out of his weekend to take care of my issue. His add-on services, in my opinion, are a little expensive for what it was but the cost for my main problem I thought was fair.

Chris he was polite, punctual, honest , and very fair. He came out did what he said is was going to do and saved me 500 dollars. How can you not love a guy like that.

Prompt response and efficient service

Low bidder got me what I paid for. Sloppy work, badly placed, and secured utility hookups. As a final touch, when he attempted to finish the drywall he stated he forgot his vacuum cleaner to keep the dust that occurs and then proceeded to power sand the drywall without regard to the dust that occurred. His solution was to open a window. He was very aggressive and praised his abilities so I was reluctant and not very knowledgeable about the installation. I am now in the process of getting everything redone correctly. Since he claimed that he would take care of any problems I would not have him back in my home again and will block his phone number to avoid any response he may make.

I hired Chris to come out and repair my bathroom faucet and he got the job done! He was very professional, did excellent work, and it didn't take much time at all!! Thank you again CHRIS!!! Excellent job!

Professional and polite, even gave me an alternative to other plumbers who just wanted to replace my sink. He epoxied the crack under the sink basin and it has been working perfectly since then. Very happy with his service and would recomment him to anyone

Chris did an excellent job helping us with what we thought was a simple blockage. Turned out it was roots growing into the plumbing line. When he noticed the roots, he could have suggested a full jackhammer of the floor, but instead went the extra mile to save us from a very expensive repair by clearing the roots himself. Excellent work.

I had an object in my toilet which was causing over flow. After working hard for a hour, he removed the object from toilet & put a new seal. He was very professional, reliable, flexible and affordable pricing compared to 3 other co. Also, fixed my problem on the same day that I called him.

However, also made recommendations for improvements based on his observations and experience in the neighborhood (Clintonvillle) without trying to make a hard sell. Found him to be down to earth, candid and sincere. Will call him with any future plumbing issues, if arises.
