Chris arrived on time, explained he would try to repair, only replacing if necessary. I had other quotes, his ended up be half what other quotes were. He was indeed able to repair with a guarantee of applying costs to replacement if needed.

The price was quoted over the phone, but upon arrival it was an easier issue. Still charged the same. Have requested a receipt twice and still waiting. Talked with company about another project and without asking needed questions prices were quoted, without actual of what we would be getting for the quote. I like transparency and real quotes. Wont use them again for this reason
