While fixing my plumbing problem, Chris discovered that my hot water heater was not properly vented. This was leaking carbon monoxide gas into my house and could have been fatal for my family.This was not part of the job I hired him for, but he was very concerned about the danger this posed and fixed it for free. I will definitely be calling Chris again for any other plumbing jobs.

Told me I needed a new toilet at the very start . With out examining the toilet . Felt he wanted to make the most money possible. Also didn t appreciate him bring his girl friend or wife .

Since this is an old house, they explained what might happen during the repair, which would cost more than their initial estimate. None of these items happened! I was pleased with their speed and efficiency in getting the work done. They left with no additional clean-up. I would hire them again.

Chris came out on a holiday to repair my water heater. He let us know how much it would cost before he began working on the heater. He was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend him for any plumbing job you may have.

I had bought a bigger garbage disposal that I tried to install myself. I quickly realized I couldn't finish the job because it wouldn't fit because the shut-off valves were in the way. I thought either the valves would have to be moved or I would need to purchase a smaller disposal. Chris came the same day I called him and said he could simply install the disposal on the other side. He did so on the spot, guaranteed his work for 30 days, and charged a very reasonable price. While he was here, since I told him I was listing my home, he looked around and gave me some advice on a couple things I could do myself so I wouldn't get dinged during a home inspection. I hadn't asked him to do that. He did it on his own. He didn't try to charge me extra or drum up more work for himself that he could charge me for. I really appreciated his advice. I would recommend him and would definitely hire him again if I need anything else done in the future.

As in many plumbing repairs, it is often difficult to match new products with older ones. "Chris" had this situation and stayed with it until the problem was absolutely fixed. All in one afternoon!

I was contacted the same day as the request, an appointment was made for the next day, my shower was fixed that day & new hot water heater was installed the next. Efficient while working very knowledgeable. Friendly, everything was cleaned up as if no work had been done.

Chris installed the water heater. We had a set price for the installation. When he was done he informed me it would cost $150 more because of some additional plumbing he had to do to complete the job. I was at home the whole time but was not told about it until he was done.

Came and cleared drain as needed. Seems to know his business. Arrived when he stated he would.

Kris did a great job! He came in a timely fashion. Did all the work that was requested. Was friendly. Everything you would want in somebody to have in your home.

I had two other plumbing do work on my older homes plumbing. It would work for about a month and then the same problem. The third plumber told me he would need to take one wall out in my bathroom to get to the pipes to replace and repair. Chris not only fixed it three months ago but it is still working fine. I was so impressed with him that I had him replace my fixtures on my kitchen sink, which I might add was not easy. He also worked on my commode which other plumbers have done and just a few months I was back to square one. Chris everything is working great! You did an awesome job and you come with this 73 year old woman highest recommendation. I told you I would write a review and here it is after time testing.
