Chris was very professional and courteous. He cleared two drains and fixed our sink in under 90 minutes and his prices are very reasonable.

Did a very thorough job. The drain drains better than ever.

Handled the original complaint, a backed up floor drain. That extended to snaking the sink drain, and redoing the sink plumbing for longevity. Stopped one sink drain filling the other one, and provided an easy port for a snake. And added a backup preventer to the floor drain. Solved the original problem, and some longstanding irritations.

Chris called ahead of time and arrived at promptly. He gave me a firm price and honored the price after he had to remove the toilet to pull out a toothbrush that had fallen in the toilet. He also installed a new wax ring and toilet screws for no extra charge. He was very nice, professional and cleaned up will clorox wipes. I will hire him again for my new install in the basement for my toilet and shower. Thanks!

This company was unprofessional.

I had a leaking toilet tank. The plumber said he could fix it. The next day I had the same problem. I called and told him I found out he didn't do anything. He took my money and ran. I called him and asked for part of my money back. He said he would return $40.00. He never showed up. I called him again. and he promised to return my money. He still never returned my money. The guys name was Chris. I will never do business with them again nor would I recommend them.

We have had two other plumbers try to repair our leaky tub and they failed. Bella was able to recognize the issue and resolve within an hour. Would use them again in the future.
