The garage door opener broke, and he came out to fix it. He gave us a price to fix it, and it was about 75% of what a new one would cost, so we went ahead and had him install a new one. At that time, I still had been recovering from a knee operation, so I couldn't do it so he did it. We're extremely pleased with him. I know you don't have a plus, but if you did it would be an A+++ on the price. I priced the unit that he put in, and he didn't mark it up at all, it was strictly labor that he charges. The quality is very good. We've recommended him to others. Let me say this, on punctuality; it's a one man operation. So, if he gets bogged down he may be a little bit late getting to your place, or if he repairs the others quicker he could be earlier. He does get in contact with you if he's going to be late.

Our door started making a loud noise and then started going up crooked so we called Matt Bagley out and he came out that night and looked at the door and said that it was a broken spring. He came the next night with the parts and installed the spring and adjusted the door all in less than 1 hour. Our door is now running so quietly my kids thought they broke it again because it has never been this quiet. He was very responsive and reasonable compared to the other companies i called. We will definitely call him again in the future.

The service I received was good. The doors have worked fine. My husband just had a little accident and ran into one of them, so I'm looking to use them again.
