Description of Work: Repaired the oven broiler. The provider was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He ordered the part but had to re-order due to a damaged shipment. He returned a week later with another part and completed the repair. Outstanding service...will use again in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced hinge on front loading washing machine; replaced plastic tubing with permanent metal tubing, to avoid potential tubing bursts. I don't remember the final cost, but it was very reasonable.

Jim removed the double unit from the wall addressing stripped screws and pulled out the unit to replace the fuse. He was very helpful and professional.

Description of Work: Jim Thompson from the company called us back promptly. When he found that we were having problems with our Bosch washing machine he informed us he was no longer servicing them due to parts being increasingly expensive and difficult to obtain. We opted to just replace our machine based on his feedback. He was helpful and prompt in contacting us.

Description of Work: Repaired electric dryer. He was very informative on the problem, went to get the correct parts and fixed the unit that day. Great service and very timely.

Description of Work: Jim is incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Very flexible. Our ice maker quit & then started working again. He did not charge us for the service call and allowed us to use the deal we purchased toward future appointments. Love dealing with a small business!

Description of Work: Had a refrigerator that needed a garage kit as it was not cooling during the cold weather - he was out the next day, worked me into his schedule including a trip to get the part and install and yet was done within my short window of time to be able to get to my dentist appointment. | |Awesome service, VERY professional and accommodating. So, rather than to charge to do the work, he advised replacement of the appliance. Accepted the Angies List deal price for full compensation for the service call and evaluation.
