Description of Work: They repaired a broken part in my freezer. PS I already submitted this evaluation.

Description of Work: Same day service found the problem with the washer replaced the part and was on his way. Jim was awesome!

Description of Work: The owner came immediately. Diagnosed the problem,left when the part was located,secured the part and fixed in one day. When he said he had to get the part I thought he would require another visit. He said absolutely not he always tries to complete the job in one visit. Would use him again in a |Heartbeat. Description of Work: I had a 8-year-old refrigerator that had stopped working. Jim returned my call immediately and was able to provide service within a couple of hours. After Jim determined what the problem was and presented me with my options and the range of the cost to fix it ($400-$1,000) I elected to purchase a new refrigerator. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Jim in the future should the need arise.

Description of Work: They installed a dedicated line on a new sump pump. |Fast, friendly and professional. Very good. This was the second time i've used them and I already have a third wiring project in mind for them.

Description of Work: They fixed our icemaker installed parts and then tested the unit. I called Jim on a Monday and he was able to get us in that day. He also had the parts and was able to install on Wednesday. The day of the appointment he called and confirmed appointment time and let me know he was on his way. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Description of Work: Jim was great on my dishwasher repair. I texted him a picture of where it was leaking and he immediately knew what was needed. Local suppliers were out of the part, but Jim got expedited shipping and had me repaired in two days. Besides being knowledgeable and having good pricing, he is a nice guy to have work in your house.

Description of Work: Inspected washing machine due to loud noise and no longer rotating. Cost prohibitive to repair so didn't.

Description of Work: Told me it would be cheaper to buy a new microwave than to have them fix it and suggested brands with lowest repair rate.

Description of Work: My refrigerator stopped cooling. Called another company who couldn't come out for several days. Got Appliance Man's name off of Angie's list. He came over within a couple of hours and had the refrigerator back in business in short order--needed a new computer panel which was worth it to me to avoid getting a new fridge. He also replaced a switch and a couple of sensors. Did a GREAT job!

Description of Work: They came out to fix both a washer and dryer unit. The young man that came out was very knowledgeable, quick and he cleaned up well.
