Description of Work: Water out of fridge had floaters in it, but were gone before he came. He educated us on a better water filter and suggested we buy a coil brush.

Description of Work: Our Whirlpool dryer stopped heating. Called Jim at Appliance Pros during the holiday break and he was able to come out the next day. Turned out to be the heating coil, which is not an easy fix on this model (WDE9200SQ0), and he had to essentially disassemble the entire dryer to get to it. Once he had the dryer opened, he also found a bad pulley and worn drum rollers. For the extra work, he only charged us around cost on parts and no extra labor. Very professional and honest.

Description of Work: He came within 2 hours of our call. Our Samsung dryer was not heating.

Description of Work: We needed help with fixing a refrigerator. After explaining the problem - Appliance Pro suggested that this was something we could do on our own. They even walked my husband thru it and saved us a service call!

Description of Work: Have used twice and couldn't be happier. Repaired a dishwasher, which required a drain pump be replaced. Investigated a problem with my built-in refrigerator, but after coming to home and looking at brand and nature of problem, advised me to contact another company that was better suited to perform repair (and provided name of the company to contact). Jim from Appliance Pro is extremely professional, honest, candid, and does very good work. Would definitely contact again for any appliance problem that I'd need to have addressed.

Description of Work: Boot on LG Washer needed replaced. Appliance Pro was very responsive, on time, and professional. I was told the approximate cost once the problem was determined. I would use Appliance Pro again.

Description of Work: Our side-by-side kitch refrigerator was defrosting the freezer, then refreezing. Appliance Pro replaced the thermostat in the fridge. All is well now. |

Description of Work: What a nice professional man! He came the same day I called him, pulled out my washer and checked everywhere. He could not find the leak. I called LG and they sent someone and he could not find the leak. I would call Appliance Pro again. I could not believe he would not charge me for his time.

Description of Work: I have had Jim at Appliance Pro work at my house twice in 2015, for a refrigerator that needed a sizable repair, and for a leaking washer. He is knowledgeable and does very good work, seems honest, and I think his fees are competitive. I will use him again and would recommend him.
