My refrigerator stopped cooling today, so I called Appliance Pro because the great ratings they have on Angie's list. - 100% A's. I was able to reach Jim, however due to extenuating circumstances he was not able to come out. I appreciated how professional and helpful he was on the phone. I would definitely use them in the future if I needed to.

I called and spoke to Jim early afternoon on a Thursday. Jim said he could probably come that day but if not, the next day. He stayed in touch w/ me all afternoon and made it over. He looked at the dryer and noticed the timer was bad. He told me for the amount of money I'd spend on the repair, it probably made better sense to purchase a new one. He was honest, prompt, efficient and very professional. I would definitely recommend him!

Mr. Thompson answered the phone promptly and agreed to come out the same day. He called a couple of times to let me know how his schedule was running and to my relief arrived as promised. Professional and courteous, he diagnosed the problem very quickly and advised me of the total cost for the repair. I agreed and he went to his vehicle to retrieve the replacement part. The refrigerator was fixed immediately. My experience was excellent.

Our refrigerator was not running for 2 days. We had a service call to Sears who had come out the day before, scammed us into a service agreement and then the repairman still didnt fix the fridge. I was fed up. So called Jim on a Saturday morning and told him the problem. He was forthcoming about other plans he had for that day but within about hour and a half he was at my door! He explained in great detail what he thought the root of the problem was and why the fridge wasnt getting cold and how he needed to fix it. No pressure on us at all and he never tried to push additional services. He told us what to expect as far as how long it might take for freezer temperature to build up again. After about a day and half I was getting worried but just like Jim said, by day 3 my fridge is back to normal!! I was worried because I have family visiting out of town and knew that It would be hard to get a new fridge delivered in time plus it buying a new unit would have blown our budget! Jim was absolutely awesome and he told me hat he fixes all major appliances!

Called him in morning. Came by about 4 p.m. Finished by 5 p.m. Gave step-by-step explanations of what he was doing.

I spoke with Jim and he seemed very knowledgeable and went into great detail after I described what was going on with my microwave. What I really appreciated about him was that he was straight forward about the fact that it might not be worth paying to have it fixed. I will definitely call him again if I ever need an appliance fixed.

WOW, what a great guy and great service! Jim came out on a Saturday - at no extra charge! He diagnosed the problem pretty quickly, ran to get a part and completed the job in a few hours! He kept us informed all the way through and was very efficient and trustworthy. He cleaned out the interior of the dryer which was packed with lint. He gave us many tips to prevent problems in the future and hooked us up with a guy who came to clean the dryer vent all the way to the outside. (Probably not done in 15 years - we just bought this house) Now my dryer is QUIET, FAST, CLEAN and EFFICIENT! At no extra cost, Jim also cleaned the coils on the refrigerator, diagnosed some problems with 2 other appliances and looked for parts for us. Even though I would hate to have appliance issues, I would do business with him again and again! He was SUPERB

We presented Jim with a difficult problem caused by the previous company we had used to try to fix our refrigerator. Jim did an excellent job in diagnosing the problem and getting if fixed right. The prior company had been out several times and couldn't fix the problem with our ice dispenser and frost build up. After firing that company we joined Angie's List to look for a well reviewed company. This led us to Jim and Appliance Pro. Jim was more than accommodating in working around our schedules as we both work. He was on time for both appointments even though we made them on short notice. Jim figured out that the first company had used a defective part in the original repair and was able to figure out exactly what was needed on the first visit where it took the last company 4 visits and they still couldn't figure out what was wrong. He needed to order the part and had everything fixed the next day. We will always use Appliance Pro for our repair needs.

Jim Thompson was our service provider. He was able to come to our house the next morning, and completed the job by the second day. He had to make two different runs for parts, but returned promptly and did exactly what needed to be done. He was very professional and courteous and I would definitely recommend him. I feel like the final price was more than I had hoped to pay, but I do feel that he gave us a very fair price for labor and parts.

Jim responded the same day that I requested service. He called to let me know an approximate time of arrival. He thoroughly explained the problem and the solution. I had a brand new ice maker within an hour. He also cleaned the coils and checked my oven as a preventative measure. He was punctual, knowledgeable and pleasant. I will definitely use again.

It was an excellent experience overall as explained in the previous section. Jim Thompson is very knowledgeable and therefore most efficient as he performs his duties.

I called for repair service on a Saturday morning. My call was answered by Jim, the owner of the company. I described the problem and asked if was possible to have a service call the same day. Jim did not hesitate. He gave me an approximate window of time. He called me back on time and came for the appointment on time. Jim had the problem diagnosed quickly and had the parts on hand to fix the problem. Jim was professional and efficient. Jim does business the way the repair business should be done. He was courteous and respectful and made me feel that I was dealing with an honest businessman. Jim did a great job. I am very happy to have found a reliable person that I can call again if the need arises. I do not hesitate to recommend Jim.

While out of town, my husband called to say the refridgerator had stopped working. I immediately went to Angie's List and called 3 companies. All returned my call immediately but one in Pompano said Weston was too far and the one in Miami said Weston was too far. Jim called and came over immediately and assessed the problem. I packed and drove home (3 hrs away) By the time I got home, Jim had obtained the parts and had returned to repair the refridgerator. He was professional, courteous and worked quickly and neatly.

Very well ! The service was performed on a Saturday when most companies are closed. Very professional Service and not expensive comparing to other companies. Very courteous and respectful. I would recommend this company to anyone having problems with appliances at home.

I was very satisfied with the work done. Jim is very polite & professional and explains things well. I would refer Jim to my friends and have him on file if I need any repairs.

Jim was able to come out the same day I called. He arrived when he said he would and even called about 30 minutes earlier to make sure I would be able to make it home from work prior to his arrival. This allowed me to remain at my job as long as possible and eliminated the need to miss an entire day of work. He immediately identified the problem and we were fortunate that he had the part on his truck so he was able to repair the refrigerator in one visit. He was extremely courteous and took the time to explain the problem to me. All in all it was a very positive experience. His phone number is now programmed in my cell phone and I will not hesitate to call him in the future. Absolutely nothing negative to say, everything was perfect.

I called Mr. Thomson on a Friday, and, though he had three other calls already, he managed to fit me in; before hanging up, he told me the price and a close estimate of when he would stop by. He stopped by around 5:30 pm, and less than an hour later we had a working washing machine. He was professional and had a good knowledge of the machine; he concisely explained what the problem was and how to fix it. He also answered any other questions we had. The price (both of the service and the part) was fair, and we were very grateful that he had managed to resolve the problem before the weekend. He informed us that he also fixed kitchen appliances, and if we ever need any fixed, he will be the first person we call.

I went through all of the trouble shooting in the manual based on the indicator lights on the machine. Nothing worked. The machine continued to fill with water, and I could not open the door of the washer or get it to drain. Because it was still under warranty with Sears, I called them and was given a complete run around. The first appointment they could provide was ten days later! Mr. Thompson was recommended by a friend, and he responded immediately following our call. He fixed the problem quickly, picking up the part that was needed. He was courteous and explained what had happened with our washer.
