When our refrigerator stopped cooling and I called our repairman, I was told he couldn't get to it for a week! I called Appliance Pro and he came the same day. We had been told by friends that the repairs on a 10 year old refrigerator would be so high that we should just get a new one. Not so. He replaced the Jazz board and made some other repairs and it works fine. Jim is a very nice man and very professional. We now have a new repairman!

Jim was very responsive. He answered my call right away and scheduled a time to come look at the problem the next day. He gave me an hour and a half time frame (10:30-12). He called me at 10:45 to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was willing to call my home warranty company to explain the problem so we could get reimbursement for the repairs. He was quick with the repair and answered other questions I had. I mentioned a couple other things about the fridge that I was concerned about and he checked them out to make sure they were all part of the same problem. He was very professional. I would recommend him for appliance repair and will use him again in the future if the need arises.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List - $100 worth of work for $49. Jim was flexible on making arrangements to meet me at my house. He arrived early (yay!) and took only 15 or 20 minutes to assess the situation. Turns out, my fridge has too many issues to fix. I appreciated his honesty. So, for only $49, I know what I need to do now. I was happy with his professionalism and honesty. I really thought it would be more like $70 or $80 to have someone out to look at it, so $49 seems like a good deal to me.

Jim sent an email a few hours after I contacted him through Angie's List in order to use the $100 worth of services where I would pay only $49. I responded to the email letting him know what I needed and a number where I could be reached. He called by the end of the day and asked what the problem was and set up a time to come out that worked for me. He called a half hour before to let me know he was running a little late, but got to my house only about 20 minutes late. He looked at the refrigerator, assessed that it needed a part and called to make sure he could get the part, told me the cost and asked if I wanted to go with replacing it. I said yes and Jim ordered then asked what was a good time for him to come back out since the part would take two days to get in. We set up a time and date that worked for me. Jim called that morning to let me know he was on his way and arrived about 5 minutes early. He replaced the part within a half hour and it has not given me a problem since. He was nice and professional and cleaned up after he was finished. I would recommend Appliance Pro and I would use them again.

My dryer would not turn on when I hit the 'start' button. I called Jim at about 2:00 on a Friday afternoon. I called him because he had Saturday hours and most of the other providers do not. I have previously patronized a repair business in my hometown, but they have given me poor service. Jim gave me a window of between 9:30 and 11:30 on Saturday, but he said that there was a possibility that he could fit me in on Friday afternoon if I could be available. I told him that that would be even better. Sure enough, he called at about 4:00 and said he would be there in about 1/2 hour. He arrived at 4:35 and apologized that he was 5 minutes late. There had been an accident on I-270 and he was delayed because of that. Jim completed the repair in an hour. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a hard working entrepreneur who is prompt, and has excellent service. He is proud to be on Angie's list.

Jim was very friendly and professional. He was also honest about the microwave. He had said that fixing it would cost about the same as repairing it. I was appreciative of the fact that instead of making a buck fixing it, he advised me to buy a new one. He was here approximately one hour and left my kitchen the way he found it.....clean! And my refrigerator is up and running again. I will definitely use him in the future.

He was right on time. He took everything apart to re-check..found a part that needed to be replaced and did so at no charge to us. The six month guarantee he had given us on parts and labor was honored with no question. He was also very polite and persevered until he found the problem and solution!

That was just fine. It was done promptly and professionally. I had no problem. There was some good things and some not so good things in the second trip and it turned out to be the same person who came out both times. It seemed as though he diagnosed the problem correctly and quickly. He was able to get what it least to me looked like a difficult problem of valves into pipes and he's able to do that fairly rapidly so that was good. For the "Big Deal", the person was prompt, the second time not so much.

I called Appliance Pro at 8:15 am and Jim was able to get out to repair my refrigerator by noon the same day. He was very professional and got the job done quickly. In addition, there was another part that was needed to make the job complete, which he did not have with him. So, he offered to come back in a few days to complete this last minor repair with no extra trip charge. The service from this company was fast, completely professional, efficient and overall excellent!

As a result of a clogged drain, the freezer had an ice dam build up that was accumulating at the bottom and sticking to the lower basket. We contacted Jim this morning and he came out a few hours later to address the concern. We found him to be professional, polite, and most of all knowledgeable. The freezer was repaired in less than an hour, and he cleaned up the ice and water, leaving the floor spotless. We are happy with the overall experience, and would engage Jim's services again if needed.

I had left a message for Jim the night before, as we had found that while the freezer section was working properly, the refrigerator was getting warmer. Jim contacted me early the next morning. I live in Pickerington. Jim explained that he had most of his work scheduled in the Westerville area that day, but he could stop by with-in a half hour and assess at the problem. He did arrive with-in the half hour, figured out the problem and had it corrected with-in about an hour and a half. Much of the time was spent thawing out the ice buildup caused by the problem. Jim was very professional and courteous. Jim was very upfront about the cost to repair the problem, which I agreed to prior to the repair. Jim even installed an ice maker that I had recently purchased for the freezer at no additional cost. I would definitely use the service again. Very nice experience.

No ice in freezer. Called and Jim said he could come next day. But then called back had a window open up and came in 3 hours. He was professional and clean. Fixed freezer, defrosted and cleaned lines replaced valve for $287. Worth it to get this fixed so quickly.

My dryer was not drying clothes properly, so I scheduled an appointment. Jim was very professional and punctual, he checked the dryer but found nothing wrong with it. He explained about the settings I should be keeping to dry my clothes.

Jim responded very quickly and came out the day that I called. He was very friendly and looked at the dishwasher and was able to quote us a price for the part and a price to fix the door. The dryer he gave us an estimate for but called back the next day with the exact price of the part and the cost for repair. The dryer is a Samsung and was getting and HE error. Jim researched the fix for this and there were two possible issues. We choose to go with the cheaper fix, which unfortunately didn't solve the issue. Jim ordered the part for the other fix and got it installed as soon as it came in. There was a long delay in getting the parts for the Samsung - but that was not Jim's fault. He kept us informed as soon as the parts came in he was over that day to install. Very friendly, very informative and he didn't over charge us.

I called Jim and he said he could be there the following day. He explained how th pricing worked. He asked about the make and model of the refrigerator so we could walk through what kind of controls it had and possible issues that were causing the freezing of our product. He called 30 miniutes ahead of his arrival to give me a heads up when he would be there. Jim was professional, courteous and I would use him again. He found the issue quickly and it was repaired. The refrigerator has been working great since hen.

I purchased on Angie's List Deal...$100 worth of work for $49. I then called Jim on 06/30/2014....he was out the same afternoon. He checked several things to see exactly what the problem was. He worked on it for over an hour. He explained, in detail, each step he took to find the problem. Finally decided it was the the part that the water filter went into. He ordered the part and was back out Thursday 07/03/2014. Jim installed the new part but still had a problem with water dispensing. He knew exactly what it was and in about 5 minutes I had a cold glass of water. He ran about a gallon of water through the dispenser since he had just installed a new filter that I had purchased before. Jim really knows his business....I was very impressed with his knowledge of how all the parts of a refrigerator works. Jim is very professional and at the same time very friendly and personable. He came out of the afternoon before the start of the holiday weekend. He located what was causing the noise the fan motor and took the back panel apart in the freezer. He made sure the refrigerator door remained shut. He cleaned out the ice that was trapped in the motor and put it al back together. The noise is better than it was but still has a louder noise than before. He said he would cpme back if the noise got worse again. He was more than helpful and professional. Came out on a short notice.

I contacted Appliance Pro LLC regarding an error message on the control panel of my Kenmore Oasis dryer that repeatedly caused the dryer to stop working. Jim answered my call and was at my residence within 30 minutes. He quickly identified the cause of the problem, explained in detail what parts were needed for the repair and the total cost of the repair. Jim had to leave to acquire the required parts but quickly returned and had the dryer repaired in a very short period. Unfortunately during the repair a small part was damaged. Frankly, I probably would never have noticed the damage since it was an internal part. However, Jim immediately brought it to my attention while admitting he was responsible. He replaced the part at his expense while repeatedly apologizing. He is by far the most honest repair person I have ever met and in the future, he will be the first person I call whenever I need an appliance repaired. It is refreshing in this day and age to meet a business person with such integrity and concern for customer service. I wish that I could give this company and Jin an A+++.

Jim was on time and discovered that there were multiple issues with the dishwasher. We discussed the pros and cons of the repair vs the cost of a new unit. I decided that a repair was the best route. Special factory parts were needed and he got them ordered and gave me an estimate of when they would arrive in Columbus. In between the time when the parts order was placed and he was scheduled to return, my LG washer started giving me an OE error. I called and gave him the details on the washer and he thought the discharge pump was failing. He had the part on the truck but I decided to wait until he returned for the dishwasher fix to also fix the washer. The price to fix the appliances was reasonable. Jim was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and quality oriented. I was impressed with the amount of communication. He kept me well informed. The biggest compliment I can give is; I would not hesitate to call Jim at Appliance Pro LLC for any other appliance repair and I would highly recommend him to all of my friends.

Based on my description of the problem, Jim was able to provide me with a few different diagnoses and an estimate of what a repair would likely cost. He also offered an extended warranty beyond manufacturer on the part if repaired without me needing to haggle. He did all of this free of charge and at the expense of his own business. Not many service companies would go to that extent and not charge for it. We may decide to go the route of repair; and, if we do, I am certainly going to use Jim. I can't speak to the quality of his work because no repair was done, but his knowledge, honesty, and professionalism receive the highest marks.

I was able to reach Jim easily to set up an appointment and he was able to come the next day. He showed me everything he did to find the problem. His explanations reassure me that he is trustworthy and knows what he is doing. He showed me how to clean the fridge coils which has always baffled me. He was polite and professional.

Jim came out within 1 hour of my call and promptly fixed the broken line (which was causing water damage). He was able to repair on site and had all the necessary parts. He was very professional and explained everything that was broken helped me test that there were no other leaks in the water line. I have already recommended him to a co-worker.

It was fine. We didn't have any problem with it, the door had gotten stuck left open so we thought we were loosing cold air out of our freezer. From my knowledge from what my husband explained, he was really informative and it was good. There was nothing negative that we wanted to say about it.

Jim was courteous and professional and responded quickly. He was at my house and the repair was completed in only two hours from the first phone call.
