Jim called me to let me know he was on his way. He arrived, he was professional, clean, and nice. He assessed the problems with my dishwasher by removing it from under the counter. He called a few stores to see that they had the needed part in stock and compared prices. He left to retrieve the part and was back quickly. He went to work to replace the drainage pump and unclog the tube. He discussed everything he was doing and showed me my worn out part and its issues. I was back up and running the dishwasher the same day. He was very educated and experienced in all things appliance. I was very pleased.

They did fine work on my dishwasher. I did have to pay extra, but their prices seemed reasonable.

Jim showed up right on time. Very professional worked with me on what the problem actually was other than what I thought it was. WHICH SAVED ME QUITE A BIT. He also advised me to shut fridge down for 2 days to clear out all the ice thats been building up for who knows how long. Jim also informed me (not trying to sell me) about other problems that my brand of fridge has encountered so that I know what to look for in the future. We called Jim because our oven was overheating and burning food. He was very responsive, working with us to quickly come out for an assessment of the issue. He was able to order the parts (after calling around and searching for the best price, which we greatly appreciated!), and came back the next day for the actual repairs. He was very punctual, and explained everything he was doing so we knew what was going on. We will definitely be calling him again if we have another appliance issue in the future.

It went well. He was courteous and on time.. He worked quickly and replaced the part, coming from a local supply house, within a couple of hours with travel time to pick up the part. The part failed a few days later and he came out with a 2nd replacement part. Nice guy..

It was a somewhat cramped access area, but Jim did the repairs quickly. He offered suggestions to avoid a reoccurrence of the damage.

Technician arrived on time and checked door on freezer portion of freezer drawer refrigerator. Freezer was Icing up and I had tried unsuccessfully to repair with weather stripping. Removed weather stripping and determined that freezer was not closing tight due to bent frame on fridg. tried adjusting freezer door but could not be adjusted enough to seal. Helped with decision to finally let this old fridge go to the recycler in the sky. Helped me stop throwing money away on a project doomed to failure. He spent about 45 min with me and answered all my questions. was polite and helpful and dud not try and sell me repairs that were in his opinion not likely to succeed. Would use again.

Jim was able to fit us in the same day as our coupon purchase. He was extremely responsive and arrived at the agreed upon time. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was very informative as to problem and the repair required. I would recommend Alliance Pro for the quality of repair, responsiveness and professionalism displayed.

He came looked at the dryer and then he cleaned the debris that was in the motor, in vents and elsewhere in the dryer vent area. He told my husband the problem and worked on it right away, which did not take him long to do and he clean up. too. I glad I choosen the bigger package because it was about the cost of fixing the dryer in's self. Thank You!

Jim's response time was unbelievable!! He managed to fit me in on the day I called. Despite being after normal order times his vendor ordered the hinges late in the afternoon on Thursday. Jim picked them up the next day and installed them. His price was reasonable and he really seemed to know appliances. I have commented on Angie's list in the past about an appliance service company and it was all very negative. This experience was the total opposite. Would highly recommend him and I will absolutely use him again.

Jim warned me that he might be able to make it out BEFORE the scheduled time and he called and was true to that. Very service oriented, very professional. Had our dryer repaired, he did a great job, was pleasant and easy going. He have us a callback for service in about 12 hours and came right over. So in less than 24 hours our problem is resolved! Nice work and the laundry will now commence!

I purchased an Angie's List 'group on' on a Sunday. I got an email early Monday morning asking for my phone number to schedule the service. This was awesome b/c my dryer was not working so I needed speedy assistance. I emailed my contact info and got a call within 15 min. The provider was AT MY DOOR in less than 1 hr and the problem was fixed within 30 min. WOW! Now THAT'S what I call SERVICE!! Works like a charm and happy as can be. Will use them again!!

Found the problem and fixed most inexpensive way.

The technician Jim arrived on time, and got right to work. He repaired what I had asked him to fix and pointed out another problem with my drum. Jim recommended I have that item repaired also. My dryer is like new now. He left the old parts for my husband to look at. I would definitely recommend using this company for appliance repair.

It was great, and I was happy with the experience. Jim was the only one who could make it out the same day that I called, he presented me with several options for repairing the unit, and he accurately diagnosed the problem. Ultimately, he did a good job for a fair price, and I'd recommend his services.

We contacted Jim to replace the Jenn-Air dishwasher gasket which caused the unit to leak. Jim ordered the part in advance and showed up as scheduled to perform the repair. We have used this company in July 2014 for a freezer issue and was impressed by the level of service, knowledge, and professionalism.
