It went really well. Jim was called to look at the washing machine to fix what was believed to be a leak after it was improperly hooked up by contractors after a construction job. It was unknown that at the time the appointment was made that they dryer wasn't working properly either. He arrived promptly as scheduled the next day. He made sure there wasn't a leak in the washer and was able to repair the dryer the same day as well.

I rate Appliance Pro LLC as an outstanding provider of appliance repair. I contacted the firm adjacent to a major holiday and Jim was most accommodating and responsive in his efforts to schedule a repair service on very short notice. Scheduling aside, I was most impressed with Jim's deep knowledge and technical ability to expertly diagnose and repair the problem. Trust, judgment, and expertise are attributes I highly value and Jim and his firm are most appreciated. Highly recommended.

All went well, although the replacement of the chopper assembly is a bear in this machine.

My dryer was not working properly, and I discussed it over the phone with him. He told me that he would be happy to take a look at it and fix it, but it would be better if I purchased a new one and recommended a brand for me. I feel that this was very honest.

Jim recommended the purchase of this deal after I'd purchased the $126 deal. Groupon refunded the purchase and I scheduled the appointment. Jim came out promptly and gave me an estimate. The service was great. He said he would call 30 mins before coming which he did, and he arrived on time. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was very personable and professional and I will use him again in the future.

Jim determined our broiler element was bad. He called his suppliers to see if they had the part in stock. The part had to be shipped from Cincinnati so Jim came back several days later to install the broiler. I love the fact that he tries his best to locate the part at the first appointment and fix the appliance at that time. I will certainly call Jim again for any future appliance issues.

Jim called the same day I contacted him after purchasing the deal! He came over and completely took apart my dryer because it had smoked and smelled like it was burning. Needless to say it was full of lint and a paper schematic that had been taped inside the cabinet had burned up! He checked the bearing in the back to be sure it was still in good shape - and showed it to me. He then cleaned it completely and also fixed the venting because what we had was not working properly (even though that was an "extra"). He explained everything to me and showed me all the parts of the dryer and what was causing the issue and why - which I really appreciated. And it looked fantastic inside when he was done! He even cleaned up the top of the dryer and everything when he was done. I am thrilled with the service and if I need anything else done I am definitely calling Appliance Pro!

Outstanding service! Jim scheduled an appointment the same day. He found the part we needed at a local parts supplier, drove to pick it up, installed it, and discovered that there was a short somewhere that caused the part to fail in the first place. At that point he recommended we purchase a new dryer instead of sinking more money into the machine, which he estimated to be at least 30 years old. He kept the part for his inventory and only charged us the Angie's Big Deal amount that we had already paid online before he arrived at our house. We will use and recommend Appliance Pro LLC in the future. A+, five star, whatever rating system you use, Appliance Pro is as good as it gets.

Jim showed up on the day and time agreed upon and went right to work on the problem. He diagnosed and corrected the problem with the drain path. He also made some suggestions about keeping the freezer and drain working better from this point on, to keep the problem from happening again. He was done quickly and cleaned up his work area. He only charged us $60. We are very happy with his work. I will call Jim in the future for any of our appliance repair needs, and also, this is our 2nd job with him.

It was just fabulous. The day I purchased the Angie's List Big a Deal... For a discounted service call I was contacted. Jim came out the same day to evaluate the issue and diagnose the exact needs we had. The part cost was $220.00, the labor $150, and service call ended up being only $49.00 with the Angie's List Discount. To replace this oven...it would have cost us $5000. We are very happy and we will use Jim for all appliance repair needs in the future.

Our ovens died on Thanksgiving! Based on the symptoms we feared that the main control panel had failed. We scheduled service first thing Friday morning and was pleased that Jim was able to make time for us on Monday. He provided a courtesy call and arrived promptly within the agreed upon time. After a few diagnostic test Jim determined that we could bring our ovens back by repairing the latch mechanism instead of a more costly repair. He was able to order the needed part and return later in the afternoon to complete the repair. Jim was professional, courteous and completed the repair at a price below our original expectations. I have already referred Appliance Pro to a co-worker and will do so again without hesitation.

I contacted Appliance Pro through Angie's messaging. I had a response from them within 10 hours to schedule an appointment. They were able to get me in that very day. The technician showed up, had the appropriate parts and even though this particular model required a total takedown to replace the heating element he was done within the hour. Totally professional through the entire process. I would call them for all my future appliance repair needs.

Dryer stopped heating. Called provider on Monday morning and he agreed to requested Tuesday AM appointment. He called just before appointment and arrived as promised. He had the replacement part with him and promptly finished the work. The dryer is heating again. We found this provider to be very professional and easy to work with. We would ask him to repair other items as needed in the future.

Jim, from Appliance Pro, called me the day after I submitted my request. He as actually able to come out the same day. He diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and was able to replace the defective part immediately. I am very happy with Appliance Pro and the service they provided.

I called Jim this morning around 9am and he said he would be able to respond today. He called me back at 11am and by 12:45 the repair was completed. He had the new heating element on his truck, so after diagnosing the problem it took him about a half hour to do the work. He was very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him and will call him again if I need this service.
