Andrew was polite and professional and when he didn't have the right part3 he stayed late to make sure my dryer was repaired that day.

Jim was responsive, courteous, professional, and took the time to explain my project so I could make an informed decision.

Jim was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! His initial assessment was that it could be my door latch causing the issue. He then took the time to educate me on how the door latch works on the washer. Instead of just saying I needed a new one, he took the old one apart to see if maybe a screw was loose. Sure enough, he found a loose bolt. Tightening the bolt, he put the old latch back in. My washer started without a problem! Worried that it would happen again, I went on and replaced the latch with a new one. However, I was glad Jim gave me the cheaper option of keeping the old latch until it gives out, or replacing it with a new one. Appliance Pro prices are reasonable and I would definitively call them again if any of my other appliances stop working.

Our refrigerator lost temperature, though the freezer remained cold. The service technician quickly diagnosed this issue as a bad fan. The part was replaced quickly and the service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely use Appliance Pro agin.

In short: They took a key part from our oven, left it unrepaired, and never returned our phone call! We had to buy a whole new oven. In reverse chronological order, here is what happened: - I called and left a message (didn't call back) - I called and left a message (didn't call back) - I called and left a message (didn't call back) - I called and the manager said he was with a client and would call back (he never called back) - I called and the manager said the part wasn't in yet, but probably tomorrow and he would call me (he never called me) - Manager and employee came to our house, looked at the oven, and tool a part with them to repair - I called and talked to them about how their first repair did not fix the problem - They came out on 2/4/20; they replaced a part and I paid for the part and labor.

They came out the same day that I called and did a thorough diagnostic. The problem was identified and the part was ordered. As soon as the part arrived (about a day later) they came back and did the repair. The pricing was all upfront. They knew exactly what they were doing and all the work was completed in a very professional manner. They guaranteed the part and labor for one year, which is better than most. I am well satisfied.

Now, I didn't hire them... but only because they told me, outright, that I was a poor fit to their sweet spot on pricing and services. Rather than try to make a sale, they instead helped me to identify more targetted installer services for my needs to get a faster, cheaper solution to my specific needs. Integrity goes really far. That's the kind of business I *want* to do business with and to support. And, I have to say, I've identified my next appliance repair call, and I'm sharing with my network that these are go-to repair guys.

Gave honest assessment on dishwasher that replacement would be better investment than repairs. Only minor critique is missing the two-hour arrival window, (by just a smidge). Great work by Jim. He met me on a Sunday at my 90 year old Moms house to get her refrigerator/freezer running. I called 4 other companies and he was the only one who could make it happen on short notice.

It took several attempts for them to identify the correct issue with my gas oven (3-4) - each time trying a new part. After the first try, Jim (I believe the owner) was involved and attended each subsequent call and attempt. They were always very pleasant to deal with. They didn't charge me anything other than my initial call and part, even though they needed additional parts to fix the oven. Not the least bit upset it took so long because they were so courteous and professional about it and were about as stumped as me in what was going on. Highly recommend them.
